The rooms were very cold and we asked multiple times for them to turn the heat on, but they never did. The breakfast is not too great, but it's something (hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, toast, cereal). We were also told that we could keep our bags stored at the hostel on our day of departure since we had a late flight, but when we checked out they said they didn't have any more storage space. Had we known, we would have checked out early to get the first storage spots. We then had to pay $20 to store our bags at the train station for the day. The free wifi is also very slow. I called ahead to see if we needed shampoo, conditioner, and body wash but they said the private bathrooms included that. They really just include and all in one soap in the shower that will make your hair a knotted mess, so I recommend bringing at least some shampoo and conditioner. The hostel was not worth the $100+ we spent per night.
The hostel is located very close to a train stop from the airport. It's just a few blocks from Willis Tower. It's a bit more of a walk to get to downtown, especially when it's raining, but it is all very walkable and there are many bus stops close by.
