Location was convenient. I felt that the condition was worse than it should have been for the price. The carpeting was filthy and needs to be replaced. Overall, it was dingy. |

Bathroom was very clean. Bed was good. Hotel located downtown: close to the Greyhound station, close to the main subway lines, close to the Harbour. Couch was stained, Chair was stained, Floor was stained. |

Location, price, parking location, staff was helpful, wi-fi, my room had a nice view. Minor stuff: huge phone bill for making two very short phone calls. Staff member forgot to mention I had to stamp my ticket to get a discount at the parking. The heating was turned all the way up in my room, lack of a fridge -or did I miss it?- and maybe few other details. All in all good value for money. |

Location was great. Front Desk staff was very helpful. Price was fair. Room was small with a king size bed. Bathroom had been redone and was nice. For being an older hotel, the room was fairly clean. Housekeeping was a bit under par. Coffee had been used, but the empty packets were still there and did not get replaced until we ended up calling the front desk. Toilet paper was not restocked. Had to go swipe some off the maid's cart the next morning. I would/will only recommend this hotel because of it's location and easy access to many activities and transportation options. If you aren't looking for a fancy place with Spa amenities, this would suit your needs. |

Easy accesibility to shops and other trspt facilities. Apart from Lester and the Night Maintenance staff who brought me a blanket as the room was cold- I thought the staff at reception were not very friendly. Customer service and patience at the reception is very important especially for guests from outside America |

Convenience to the loop. Housekeeping for the rooms was nonexistent, the 2 out of the 3 elevators were usually out of service, the bottom sheet on the bed wassn't fitted so it would constantly come off |

near the attraction center Yes, the pricing. The hotel need to be more clear of what they mean 1 double bed. they should instead say something like one bed or one queen bed. I wanted two beds in the room only to find its one |

Good value/price ratio. Good location. Ugly views from the window. The corridor smelled even though it was a non-smoking area. Very small double bed. Very old room. |
