Modest sized hotel in a good location with helpful staff.

Decor faded and a bit shabby (desk chair in my room had totally worn through and ripped cover). Windows appeared to be single glazed and consequently room was noisy. A down side of the good location was that the noise of the trains & police sirens came in all night - not good when you have jet-lagged sleep patterns already.

The staff was friendly.

The room was uncomfortable and un-inviting. The elevator was broke and I had to use the stairs carrying all of my luggage. I would not recommend this hotel.

Location is of the hotel is great. It is situated in the downtown of Chicago, on a walking distance from the main attractions of the city: the Millennium Park, Willis Tower, you can even walk to the Shedd Aquarium. On max minutes walk from the hotel there is a train station from which you can go to the directly to the O'hare airport.

I found hairs in the bed, however, otherwise the linen looked absolutely clean and new.

Attached lounge was terrible, explaining no customers. Attached restaurant nothing to brag about.

Comfortable accommodation. Reasonable value for money. Better facilities than some others visited.

The location is fantastic. Half a block from Michigan Ave. A block from the Red Line EL, Across the street from Grant Park, and within walking distance of all sorts of wonderful Chicago attractions.

While it was clean it wasn't superclean, there were little or no aminities, and at times the staff wasn't all that helpful. Be sure and bring your own forks if you book a room with a microwave and fridge.

Localization of the hotel is very good. Size of the room was ok. Staff was friendly. Hi speed internet (wifi) avilable for free.

Cleaning of the room was poor. Room was noisy and very dark - we dont recommend room floor 2 - 228.

I liked the location, the price, the free wireless, the towels, sheets etc, free newspaper. The staff was very responsive.

I was not crazy about the room. It was very small and plain. Not cheery and the decor was very simple. It had the budget feel but in fact, in that location, it is budget. On the other hand asside from the dreary room, I was very satisfied with the hotel.

It's a good hotel, just in the downtown. The room was clean and cosy. There was a Wi-fi in the room

No rooms were ready at 6:00pm due no housekeeping staff. About a dozen guests had to wait over an hour to check-in. As a result I was late tingtingto a dinner meeting. Will never stay there again. Could have checked in at the hotel across the street but the booking.com customer service rep said I would have to pay for the room after he called the hotel and was told the rooms would be ready any minute.

I like the cleanliness, it was just what I was expecting according to the price.
