Christopher Dodge House  

This is a very charming Inn. It's large enough that you don't feel as if you're staying in a strangers guest room, but is so much more welcoming and comfortable than any hotel. The rooms are lovely, with exposed brick walls, and the breakfast was also great. Highly recommend!

Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast attendant could have used some help. She would have to leave the room to make breakfast for other clients, which left the dining room unattended for lengths of time.

THe breakfast is excellent and the rooms are very large. The bed is very comfortable. The staff are both friendly and helpful.

This is our second time. To sleep in a comfortable king size bed with a firplace just great. Breakfast is wonderful.

Christopher Dodge House is meticulously maintained and designed for comfort and elegance. The staff is amazingly helpful and the breakfast is five star quality, made by a Johnson and Wales grad. If only we could have stayed longer than two days.

The bed was so so comfortable and linen 400 thread count Egyptian cotton, divine. Very friendly staff and lovely cooked breakfast each day.

The Christopher Dodge House is a lovely hotel. I appreciated that they would accommodate my family, including myself, my spouse and our eight year old daughter. The breakfasts, included in the cost of the room, were excellent and offered a wide selection to accommodate all tastes.

The room was very clean and comfortable.

We were a late arrival. The outdoor light was not working, making it difficult to enter the code to get in. Even though I mentioned it, it was still out the next night. The breakfast was disappointing. Nothing special. Just a step above a chain hotel continental breakfast. The cold selections and coffee were not filled right away when they ran out. The water in the shower changed from hot to cold without warning. Overall, it was pricey. The faciltiy is very comfortable. It could benefit from a little more attention and service.

We enjoyed the room features along with the breakfast and staff.

We found the price of our one night stay to be "inflated" due to the fact there were several graduation commencements taking place that weekend.

Everything from the appearance of the b&b to the attentiveness of the staff is wonderful at the Christopher Dodge House in Providence. The House is tastefully furnished, the breakfasts were delicious, and the cookies that were in a jar by the door were beyond gourmet. The owners and staff obviously want to make everything here as welcoming as possible, and they do a great job.

The House sits right next to major traffic Route 95. The noise from the autos and trucks was somewhat muted by the double windows, but there was a constant din of traffic and no view from our room number 11.

Nice rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast delicious.

Loved the ambiance and the quaintness.

Didn't like the walk to the fourth floor.
