The kitchen was a huge benefit, and so was the couch bed .
The parking was available but difficult to park large vehicles.
price, located right off the freeway, gated parking, suites had separate rooms. wifi was available.
continental breakfast was fruit, juice, coffee, rolls. located near a strip club.
My King Bed Suite was huge! The bedroom/bathroom was separate from the living room/kitchen area... The bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get out of it, so I stayed another day/night. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pool was clean and perfect temperature. Very quiet at night. Walking distance of restaurants, and a few bars...and a liquor store with a huge international beer selection. Very close to trolley station, and bus line.
The only thing I was unhappy with was the Wifi signal... It was very weak in my room, but I think that was only because I was in the far back corner.
The price was affordable and the timeliness of check in was sufficient.
There was an odor in the room as if a cat or other small animal had been in the room.
Why have a kitchen with NO dishes, pots, pans didn't know I had to being my own. ... who packs a suitcase of kitchen equipment for a trip..well if you stay there u have to....
A/c was terrible. It shut off every three minutes. Phone rang at 3:09 and 3:11. King bed had cookies under the sheets
Everything was fine, but for the total ambiance, it was a bit high priced but decrease lowers than others.
Just the price!
Great location with easy access to the freeway, friendly staff, clean facility, nice pool. Definitelly will stay there next year
it was close to the freway on and off ramps. the bathroom was clean, and the room was cleean.
there was a strip bar right by it, the neighborhood was sketchy, the toilet in our room ran for a long time after being flushed, and the kitchen was not too great. there was hardley anywhere to sit in the room too, not enough chairs. there was homeless people digging thru the dumpster which was right next to the slot where you had to put your key for the gate to open to drive in.
Easy to find. Not far from freeway.
Lots of homeless people walking around. To close to a liquor store and buss station.
The room was fairly ok after we asked for assistance. There were small ants that were present due to the heat. After we asked for help the room was clear but it was temporary. They returned two days later.
The room was poorly cleaned. Found a brown recluse spider on our check out day. Fortunately it did not bite any of us. We moved rooms upon checking because the bathroom was not clean and missing remote batteries.
I would stay again quiet place to stay
I slept pretty comfortably, that was about it! Everything else in the room was set up completely uncomfortable!
No air conditioner in bedroom! We had to buy a fan for that area of the hotel room. Also, no TV in bedroom! Very inconvenient!
The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower had hot water.
There were homeless people sleeping in the alley.
I was very scared by all the reviews that it would be this horrid hotel. But as soon as I walked in , I was trying to figure out what everyone talked so bad about. The staff was friendly and rooms were very nice and clean
The only down fall was there was not a TV in the room. Only in the living room. But not too upset because I wasn't there to watch TV on vacation
Cigarette smoke. Towel stingy.
Focus on cleanliness and accommodation to customer question about sites to see and to go in San Diego. Need to have tv inside the room. Booking stayed flat screen tv but none seen inside the room. Me and my family were placed in a room along with people seems to be "long term tenants"....we suggest not to put temporary guests in a building along with permanent tenants.
No tv in room. We are placed in a building along with people that seems to be permanent tenants. Cockroaches inside the room and bathroom most probably because we are placed in the building along with permanent tenants the mattress in sofa bed is almost worn out my daughter almost got injured with the spring. I will still recommend because I always believe there is a room for improvement however we just expect that customers voice needs to be considered.
The room was great. Separate sitting room with sink, fridge and microwave.
Wifi connection was so slow & weak!
room was cramped, beds were worn out no comfort, bathroom was extremely small, you only got two towels per room and you had to trade used towels for additional towels, had about 1" gap under entry door, outlets were worn out had to hold plug in to use dryer
It was nice to have a kitchen
The parking was horrible not enough parking spaces by our room. The biggest issue was the bedroom didn't have an AC or even a fan.
