Cancellation
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
Up to two children under 13 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All further older children or adults are charged USD 20.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
One older child or adult is charged USD 15.00 per night in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
80 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 14 days prior to arrival and is refundable.

I loved the fact that they checked us in at 11am no problem.. We had an amazing 2 bedroom apartment, with full kitchen, huge balcony, two bathrooms and laundry room for the price that you would pay for a small room at an average hotel. We saved so much money by cooking at home...wonderful ocean view, gym was open 24/7. Free valet parking, no need to worry about where to park your car. Pool was nice and had a jacuzzi. Everything so neat and clean, Just an amazing experience! |

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. A great self-catering studio with a balcony over-looking the beach. Good size. very attentive valet service There is a 'hidden' fee for single occupants that is not clearly stated on booking.com of $20 per day. the booking page only says that there is a fee but doesn't state how much it is so it came as a negative surprise that I had to pay a further $120 on top of what I already paid |

Excellent view and a very good location on the beach with nice beds and furniture in a clean and delicate apartment. In an apartment ment for up to six persons there must be more than two keys and one key-cards available. |

a great place to stay based on location, cost, and amenities in the apt. the staff was also acommodating, no charge for parking was also ideal. Save money by buying breakfast cereal, small grocery trip, & water, all these things helped us. The beach was super close & the pool & jacuzzi was xcellent! |

goei servies qua autoparking ook alles in de kamer is in uitstekende staat t is te zeggen alles werkte naar behoren wel een prijzig hotel prijzen om te slapen dan wel te verstaan e +- 100 dollar per nacht geen bar aanwezig om iets te drinken aan zwembad. |

Hulp van het hotelpersoneel, zwembadtemperatuur van het babybad, lokatie bij strand, gratis valet parking. Het matras van de bedbank was ronduit slecht: heel vervelend als je erop rekent dat je daarop wel je kinderen wilt laten slapen. |

Dat het pal aan het strand ligt vonden wij erg fijn verder was het er schoon en goed onderhouden. Een studiokamer is ook erg fijn. Het personeel was aanwezig maar je had er niets aan. Ze wisten niets en konden niets, ze waren er gewoon. Verder kraakte het bed verschrikkelijk en het bad was erg klein. |

Sehr ruhige zentrale Lage, schöne Meersicht. Komfortable Einrichtung. Viel Platz und grosser Balkon. Hilfsbereiter Service!!! Bellende Hunde! ( auch wärend der Nacht ). Der Feng Shui Garten wird als versäuberungs Platz für die Hunde benützt. Leider grüssen die Park-Service Boy's nie. Sehr schade. Ein lächeln wäre ja schön. |

Nous avons apprécié la qualité de l'équipement des chambres, l'excellente situation de l'immeuble sur la plage et proche de tout sans les inconvénients du bruit de Miami beach sud. Qualité prix : irréprochable. Le sofa est d'une qualité médiocre, les 2 enfants ont eu du mal à dormir ensemble sur le sofa. |
