Nothing, just wanted to leave
No breakfast Worn out hotel for clarion
Very helpful and polite staff. Never been to St Louis and was unfamiliar on how to commute to places. They were very helpful in explaining on what to do.
Would have liked to have had windows that open or a balcony. Dont like feeling trapped with no fresh air even when its cold out.
Carpet was very stained and dirty. Room was supposedly non smoking but smelled strongly of old cigarette smoke.
I got exactly what I expected. The price was awesome, the staff was attentive and helpful, and the hotel was about 25 minutes from downtown St. Louis. The hotel could use a few updates, but the room was clean and very comfortable.
The main attraction is swimming they had no swimming pool.
Marble floors, clean rooms,
Room doors need repainting or replacing, lack of pool is probably reflected in the lower price,
entrance marble floor was very impressive, bed and pillows were great, and room was nice and quiet
when checking out woman at desk was on a personal call about her child in school, while i stood there and had to listen to her diatribe.
The bed was so comfortable.
There was water in our ice bucket.
I LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS HOTEL.
THE ONLY THINGS I DIDN'T LIKE IS NO BREAKFAST WITH THE PRICE U PAY TO STAY THERE. ALSO, THE WI-FI DIDN'T WORK FOR ME AT ALL DOING MY STAY.
The comfort of the bed.
Not having a breakfast setup, or the parking in back.
Close to airport, as well as other destinations needed to reach.
Suppose it was for security reasons, but to go up on the elevator, you needed to swipe your room key first.
The pillows were very uncomfortable!!!
Not only was the on site kitchen closed. But after we were there for not even a day the pool was closed Without any mention to the guests. Which was one of the reasons we selected this hotel to stay at.
The staff, in general, were quite rude. The van driver did not help me with my luggage (I am a 73 year old female). The good news is that I didn't have to give him a gratuity!
I was very impressed with the staff and hotel!
Unable to get wifi & no help or support.
The bed was very comfortable. The space of the room was a great size.
Not being told the $50 deductible after your purchase until after we checked out. The shower flooded the entire bathroom.
Nothing my family did not feel safe as when we parked there where kids smoking weed out side
Everything 1st room we checked in was dirty and seemed as someone else was checked into that room as well since we found clothes on the floor 2nd room we checked into had pillows on the couches withe no pillow cases and they where stained yellow...there was hair every where...never have I ever seen a hotel so nasty.
The staff was awesome
The let out couch bed was horrible. Most hotels have extra pillows sheets, and blankets in the drawers, or closets. Not this hotel. I called front desk 3 or 4 times never got answer. I don't know, I just didn't feel quite comfortable in this hotel at all. The air conditioner had pieces broke off the front of it. Smh just ridiculous. I hate you have to walk all the way around the building from where u parked to get to the front desk.
Towels were dirty. When we asked for more they gave us wet towels. When we asked again they said they had none.
I needed to stay somewhere for one night by the airport. I rode the train from Lincoln, Illinois to St. Louis and took the Metrolink to Lambert. When I got to the airport, I called the hotel and requested the shuttle. I was very impressed by how fast and efficient the shuttle service is! The hotel itself was clean and very comfortable, much more than I expected. While it's certainly not a luxury hotel, I didn't pay for or want one. I needed a decent place to stay by the airport and I got all of that. The staff was very courteous also. Definitely will recommend!
I had trouble with the WiFi but this was most likely an issue with my phone. Other than that, I can't really think of anything to complain about.
Location. If you just want a place to sleep, close to the airport, this place will work.
Passing the time there. To far to walk to anything. You'll need a car if you want to eat something other than fast food. The "curb appeal" was lacking. I noticed the unpainted concrete in front. But, the lobby was nicer.
Thw comfortable beds, just need bigger pillows. Everything was clean nd everyone was very nice.
I couldnt go swimming. I got stuck in the elevator when i was checking out.
Everyone was very professional, pleasant and helpful. Enjoyed our stay. We would stay again. Food at the restaurant is quite good too.
The hotel is in need of some upgrading which we understand is in process.
Price and location are really the only reasons to stay here
the carpet in our room was so worn and filthy I do not think if we had a woman in our party that she would have stayed there. The furniture is the usual old and nearly worn out, our room was not cleaned until after 5 o'clock each day and one day not at all. The Hotel has removed the once included continental breakfast, the bar is closed, and I see this one as all the way down hill.
