    Everyone was very professional, pleasant and helpful. Enjoyed our stay. We would stay again. Food at the restaurant is quite good too.

    The hotel is in need of some upgrading which we understand is in process.

    Price and location are really the only reasons to stay here

    the carpet in our room was so worn and filthy I do not think if we had a woman in our party that she would have stayed there. The furniture is the usual old and nearly worn out, our room was not cleaned until after 5 o'clock each day and one day not at all. The Hotel has removed the once included continental breakfast, the bar is closed, and I see this one as all the way down hill.

    As seemed to be typical of all my hotels (6) booked on this trip, I paid more for the Clarion's room through Booking.com than the hotel charged if booked direct! I do not plan to use Booking.com again!!!

    The bed was extremely comfortable. The riom was huge and it was very quiet. They even offered early check in. It was wonderful. And as a plus, the clean up lady was very funny and down to earth. Great stay!

    The hotel had motorcycles parked in the unloading zone. There was a park at your own risk sign that was also disturbing.

    It was the cheapest available for a last minute booking.

    One of my rooms wasn't even booked in the system; I was only able to get two rooms because a man just so happened to no longer want his room. My room was non-smoking but the hallway smelled like marijuana. The tub was not very clean. I could see blonde hair on the blankets. There were I identifiable stains on the floor.

    Location, availability of shuttle service to the airport Metrolink, nice lobby and computer room.

    Furnishings are worn, and the complimentary continental breakfast has been ended, we saw two people use the restaurant during our two day stay.

    Does not include breakfast. When we checked in we were told that when we came down for breakfast it would be right through these doors - well there is a business through the door selling breakfast. First gotel I have stayed at in years that did not offer some sort of breakfast.

    My room was neat and clean. I asked for a wake up call at 5:30 for an early flight and did not get one. Almost missed your shuttle. I also went to take a bath and had no water from the faucet. A real bummer.

    Location and friendly helpful staff. Sound insulation was good. We did not hear any airplane noise from our room.

    I liked the location because stake and shake is across the street, and the heated pool was nice to but it would have been nicer if they would have opened the pool on time. I had to hunt down an employee to unlock the doors two hours after the time the doors were suppose to be unlocked for guest.

    I didn't like the fact that one of the rooms that I reserved was not at all cleaned! The toilet didn't flush there was and old crusty rag in the bath room with dirty towels and last but definitely not least was the nut stains on one of the beds blankets! We did complain and my friend was put in a cleaned room. Oh and I how can I forget that at 8 in the morning I was in the nude to the cleaning lady opening the door!!! Hello!! Check out wasn't until, ugh and the same woman did the same thing to my other friend in another room!!

    The staff was extremely helpful, the rooms were nice and clean. Also only 10 min. away from the Galleria Mall and close to some fastfood places, the Waffle House, and the interstate

    Painting was being done on the 1st level and the towels were a little rough but bareable

    Very good value for the price. The hotel is pretty clean, the room itself was very clean and well maintained. Good location and has airport shuttle and free parking. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly.

    TV remote didn't work, there was no sugar or creamer for the coffee. You can tell this used to be a very nice hotel but now could use a little maintenance.

    The bar in the hotel was a little expensive, and our reservation wasn't booked properly in their system. We had the confirmation from booking.com and they fixed the issue after seein there wee in fact 2 rooms booked.

    No free breakfast as advertised. No bell man assistant. Grounds were very unkept. No direct door access to rear parking. Not what we expected at all.

    Convenient location for a brief overnight stay for an early morning flight out of St. Louis. The staff was great. They were very friendly and helpful. As a single female, I felt safe and comfortable at this hotel. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were good.

    The hotel is older and the wallpaper in the bathroom was starting to peel off the wall. It is not run down just needing some more up keep.

    The room was comfortable.

    Yisha (sic.), the counter person, processed my reservation, but then stated I had to give her my credit card for incidentals. I felt that was unnecessary since I booked this through proper channels.

    Location.

    Dingy hotel room in desperate need of updating. Furniture was old and scuffed. Chairs were stained and worn. Bed was mediocre. Linens seemed dingy and d. No microwave or micro fridge and there was plenty of room for one. Used ceramic coffee cups instead of disposable ones which seem recommended. Tiny vanity area. Parking area does not instill a sense of security when they post a sign to park at your own risk. Only paper available at check in was an African American newspaper.
