Location and front desk staff - very helpful about meals etc

Its room looked dark and dingy - it was perfectly adequate and quiet though

Not much. Location to jfk was only redeeming factor. Wi-fi was ok.

It was old, tired and worn out. The king bed had the most ridiculous pillows I've ever seen - they were approx. 18X18 in. Stuffed into a regular sized pillow case, then the empty portion of the pillowcase was folded over. Are you kidding me? The towels were paper thin and very worn. Next time we'll go back to the Holiday Inn Express which is right across the street and light years better for the same cost.

The room was ok, tv with many channels, clean bathroom. Shuttle from hotel to airport punctual (every half hour).

Location was very close to jfk airport, however neighborhood not so good. I was afraid to leve the hotel. The smell of carpet was not good too. No room service and options of food around not so good.

Convenient but very average.

We needed an over night close to the airport because our flight arrived late and this hotel was very reasonably priced and the room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was perfect, the breakfast was ok, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Absolutely no complaints - it wasn't the Ritz but it was everything we needed with a big smile as a bonus!

Quiet and near the airport.

Had difficulty in spotting the shuttle - serves two hotels and I missed the name. No cafe or restaurant nearby which not good if you arrive late.

As visitors that have never been to New York before the staff at the desk when we first checked in was beyond helpful in assisting us to figure out what our plans were going to be for the following day and what means of transportation was the easiest, fastest and least expensive. The breakfast was good for a quick bite before hitting the streets.

The rooms were small. There was no spa or pool, which would have been nice after traveling all day. I did not like how the attendant who was on opened our door early in the morning to put our bill on the floor, it would have been more curteous to slip it under the door as opposed to unlocking and opening our door at 8 o'clock in the morning, without knocking.

After a long flight from the middle east, we needed a place to stay while waiting for our flight home since we had gotten in late. We picked the Comfort Inn for the price and location, hoping that it would also be comfortable. The bed was really nice, and we got the rest that we were hoping for.

It could have been a little cozier as we walked into the reception area, but for the price, I'm sure the owners wanted to hold down the costs. The receptionist and staff made us feel welcome, however, and that made up for the stark room.

Price and proximity to jfk were the important factors. Came late; left early (to catch a flight). No problems. Would definitely stay there again if necessitated by a very early flight departure.
