wir haben nur eine nacht im comfort inn verbracht, können also nicht wirklich viel über das hotel sagen. die kurze entfernung zum flughafen - weshalb wir das hotel gewählt haben - war sehr gut, der kostenlose hotel shuttle, wir konnten die olympischen spiele im fernsehen verfolgen, den kostenlosen internetzugang in unserem zimmer nutzen und mir haben die waffeln zum frühstück gut gefallen. unser zimmer hat sehr unangenehm gerochen als wir angereist sind. leider ist der geruch bis zum schluss nicht ganz verflogen. es ist einfach viel zu teuer. |

A clean and comfortable Hotel close to JFK airport - the room was compact and the staff attentive. The shower in my room was over the bath and there are no surprises there is as this frequently happens in hotels at this price point. Breakfast room is small and the breakfast adequate without being special. There are a few food options for evening meals although there are a couple of restaurants that will deliver to the Hotel-food from these restaurants could not be described as being anything other than basic. |

As a stop over on the way to or out of town I think it is good value The staff could be a bit more friendly. And helpful. I found the shuttle to the airport convenient and the bus driver very helpful. |

very clean and well run hotel. but then its new york. nobody was there to help me with my luggage to bring to my room.for 160.0 dllars a night????? i had to get a luggage cart to bring all upstairs on my own.well, at least i was able to pay my self a tip and a good one too.....!!!!!! |

Shuttlel buses and complementary car to the nearest subway I booked for 2 nights and on the second day when coming back from a city trip I did not find my personal luggage in my room. They said because they thought I booked only for one night. Unbelievable!!! |

Prompt service from the daytime reception staff and friendliness of the house keeping staff during the day also. On arrival at 9.00 pm was advised no reservation and receptionist was not familiar with booking.com procedure. It took a last minute cancellation to save us from trudging around trying to find alternative accoms. The staff in the breakfast room were quite unfriendly and sat around talking in spanish a lot of the time. Internet connection in room 112 inefficient. |

Comfort and cleanliness were fine. Very small room, despite being advertised as a Queen. The receptionist was not very welcoming, and I felt a bit of an intruder.The checkout receptionist was equally unenthusiastic, but it was 5am. |
