Location was not too far away from airport.This helps if you have travelled for long period of time and looking to spend less time travelling to Hotel. Staff when checking out early in morning was helpful when arranging Shuttle pick up and checking out was easy which is helpful also. Great to have Hotel that reflects non smoking room options also. No atm facilities and had to go across the road to another Hotel to access their atm machine. Apart from that no other issues or complaints everything was great. |

Good effort to have an excellent level of equipment of the room. This is somewhat wasted due to quite frugal decorum of the hotel. Good for a night between two flights at jfk. To have people speaking aloud at night in the lobby could be a disturbing experience due to the lack of soundproof doors. |

Standard room with very comfy beds. Reception staff very imformative and welcoming. Coffee machine in room and the constant availability of tea and coffee in the lobby. Food available at breakfast was limited but you can eat as much as you want. Had to wait for 45 minuted for the shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel. Very little information at the airport on how to find the shuttle buses (This is not the hotel's fault.) |

Location is perfect, close to JFK. The free shuttlebus was excellent, breakfast nice. Staff was helpfull, with suggestion take-out options. Indian food was superb! |

The receptionist was extremely nice and helpful. we were only there for one night as we had to catch an early flight but everything we needed was there could have had a luggage ramp at entrance instead of steps |

Absolutely nothing. They specially advertise a shuttle to the shops, but when you check in after 4pm, they say it only runs once a day at midday. They are miles from any restaurants and they have no restaurant on site. Very noisy location. Shuttle bus takes 45 minutes to arrive when you are waiting at the train stop at the airport (when the hotel is only 2 minutes away). Shuttle bus only leaves in the morning every hour on the hour - so for most flights you either arrive extremely early (aweful for early morning flights) or late and suffer the consequences. Do not stay at this hotel!!!! |

The room was very comfortable. It included an ironing board and iron in the room as well as coffee pot. The continental breakfast was good even including a waffle iron. The staff even accomodated us by taking us back to the airport to look for a missing bag. The shuttle service was prompt and the 24 hour service was big reason for choosing this hotel. |

The staff was friendly and helpful as they have been when I have stayed in the past. Maybe you could offer more of a discounted rate for those that have to book extra days due to flight cancellations. |
