1. The front desk personnel were very helpful. 2. The location was very good: easy walking distance to airport connections, subway and bus routes. The room, while clean and modern, had little room between the large bed and areas to sit in. |

The staff was extremely helpful, and I was able to have one room for myself and my two children. Although we were centrally located, the room was small and did not seem to justify the high cost of the room. |

The view from our room on the 17th floor was nice. The hotel staff were rude. The concierge could barely speak English and we couldn't hardly understand her. The housekeepers crammed into the elevators with the guests pushing us against the elevator wall and cussing about it. The breakfast room was hot due to no air conditioning! It was also opened late 3 mornings so we missed breakfast due to our schedule and flight. Internet service out. |

room size very small for 2 adults and 2 children Last block and a half walk from Times Square was uncomfortable with 2 children (people sleeping in stairways and groups congregating mid block where lighting was low) |

Staff couldn't have been nicer! They smile,greet you morning noon and night,answer all your questions about the city.The hotel was very clean Nice continental breakfast and conveniently located. It was easy getting everywhere. Room was a little small but we dididn't stay in it much. |

It has everything what is needed when staying in Manhattan for a short period of time - central location to many NYC attractions, clean and pretty nice room, well equipped bathroom (shower was excellent!), nice staff. Rooms are really small, with two big pieces of luggage, the room we had (one king bed which consumed most of the space) was just too small... Therefore, I would not recommend this hotel to people who has a lot of luggage or would like to stay long in NYC. For 4-5 days (like our stay), it was ok if we did not spend too much time in the room (just for sleeping). |

The staff at the front desk was very helpful as we checked in and asked directions for places in the city. They were also very helpful in making arangements in getting transportation to the airport. Very friendly people. |

The hotel itself was clean and up to date (it seemed to be new). The hotel was very convenient to restaurants, shops, and Javits Center. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. However, for the price the room was extremely cramped. |
