The location was great. Only 2 blocks from town square and close to the subway. The breakfast was terrible. There was not much to eat. The tv was very bad.

Checked in at 8pm and room was not ready -- watched as someone who worked there told a stranger /hotel employee , guest?? -- he would have to leave the room as the paying guest was checking in-- bed looked like this non-paying guest had slept on it . not towels in bathroom , no floor mat . waited 20 minutes while they tried to find towels .asked desk clerk for bottle of water and he said it would be in my room when I returned from dinner and it was not --nothing there . no garbage cans in room or bathroom . room was dingy , dirty and dark .for $300 a night it was a joke . breakfast room in morning holds about 10 people which is crazy when on average 20 show up at one time .

I really liked this hotel! The staff is friendly and very helpful, the guys in the reception are cute and professional. Great room, small but clean and very nice. Liked it also because the hotel was not that big, very central. Will def stay there again

Location, comfortable bedding, clean rooms. Two full beds were cramped into a space that really could fit only one. The other bed was pushed up against the windows and ac unit. The front desk and cleaning staff were helpful but the lady assigned to concierge couldn't seem to care less that we were in front of her trying to get a map.

Helpfulness of staff and location of hotel. Tiny room with very little space to move with furniture barely fitting and limited places to sit other than the beds and the desk chair which could barely be pulled out. Breakfast area had few places to sit down.

Pleasant looking room.Silent in the midst of Manhattan. Great neighborhood. REgret that the hotel did not honor our aaa discount when we paid the bill. Breakfast room and food very minimum.

I is in the heart of times square. It is a cheap hotel that isn't worth as much as they charge. Upon arrival my room wasn't available, so they offered to put me in a smaller room with a double bed. I payed for a king room with one bed though. After being in the room for five minutes I noticed a blood stain on the sheets in my room. After notifying the staff, all of a sudden there was a king room availbe since the double bed room was nasty. I feel as if they didn't want to give me the room I paid for. The cable sucks and when you take a shower the water builds up in the tub due to the drain clogging up.

Nice location near all the hub-bub of midtown; brerakfast area is a bit small for the size of the hotel, but the complimentary continental breakfast was very good; scrmbld eggs, eng. Muffins, sausage, made to order waffles (yummers!), plus cold cerals, fresh fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee and doughnuts .. more than enough to get one off to a good start to the day, w/o having to eat until much later in the afternoon. The lobby/outside entry area looks a little time-worn ... could use a bit of a face lift; room was a bit small, but not unexpectedly so. Main complaint: the so-called "double beds" are the smallest I've ever seen, they will not accomodate a couple. The sales info should make this clear, that if you are a couple you need to go for the king size room.

My experience in this so-called hotel turned out to be on of the worst`s in my many travels. Extremely expensive, considering what you get. The asian-female concierge should work with anything else than people. Rude is not enough a way to define her. The only positive comment is that this hotel is good for people who wants to stay near Times Square, but there are many others much better. Run from this hotel, I would not recommend it neither to my enemies. Nothing there is good.

It was a good value for the area. Great central location. Staff was friendly. Would stay again. Even though there were 2 double beds, the room was tight for four people

Location was close to many things within walking distance. Comfy beds. Clean rooms. Small small small! Building super small rooms super small. Your paying alot of money for a tiny room even though we were not in the room alot. Breakfast sucked. I just feel I spent almost $700 for a weekend I would expect a decent breakfast (not rubber eggs and spoiled yogurt) and a room where the front door didnt smack the bathroom door.

The location couldn't be beaten literally around the corner from 42nd Street and Times Square I slightly resent the fact that for what was a very small room with a basement breakfast area that was not fit for purpose the nightly rate was more than I paid for 4 nights at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas and seems to be double the rate I would have paid in January.

The location is perfect. The staff is kind and friendly. Fast elevators. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Suitable for families, singles and business. Free wireless internet access. The breakfast area requires more ventilation. There is always a smell of burn. The hotel doesn't have business center.

Comfortable bed. Good location. Clean, fairly quiet. Breakfast included in price. Very small standard room. Parking advertised as $40 flat rate/24 hr but garage charged $90 for less than 48--hotel staff said they could do nothing; hotel could not cash AmXp travelers checks. Breakfast (eggs were like identical tasteless pale yellow circles, sausage bad) but space too crowded so guests hovered like vultures for seating. Could not access hotel/parking till late evening due to blocked streets. Could have booked higher rated hotel earlier in Times Sq for same price. Trashy outside entrance.
