Staff where helpful and pleasent, great bed, fantastic location, overall great experience.
Breakfast was horrible. No choice, poor quality, room too small we ate standing up. Remote control in the room really disgusting, no tv program, no way to see what channels did you have... AC old and noisy. Shower not easy to use
free wifi free breakfast (the room was so small there weren't any seats) location
room size (they are tiny) trying to get to sleep is difficult due to the room size, it's either freezing or too hot. They didn't have the room I specifically booked.
Very comfortable bed. Very friendly helpful staff - notably Leon and Peter? on the front desk.
Not a particular problem, but location next to a male strip club made people watching interesting!
This was a surprise and the staff were very helpful. The fact that our room had a view and not facing a tall building. Book in Book out very good. Breakfast was very good.
Breakfast Room Layout was difficult.
The staff was great
Space of room and the breakfast food
Great location. Walking distance from Times Square, Broadway, Birdland, BB King Blues Club, Shopping, Tour starts, etc. A wonderful time saver if your time in NY is short. Great service staff in the Breakfast area more than compensates for the cramped space.
The room is small, and with 2 large suitcases the place becomes quite cramped. The breakfast area is cramped.
very limited poor breakfast staff room smell & cleanless service
Room slightly small
Excellent location, a block from port authority and subway stations. Few mins walk to Times Square, located mid town. Free wifi and breakfast, comfortable bed, held my luggage as I had late flight. Staff very helpful. Really likes he place, clean and comfortable at a reasonable price .
The location was great , and the staff where very friendly, the subway just around the corner, the beds were very comfortable, will go back again.
FRONT DESK PEOPLE WAS AWESOME LOCATION WAS GOOD FOR THE THEATRE
BREAKFAST WAS AWFUL BATH ROOM HAD MOLD THERE WAS NO REFRIG OR MICROWAVE
Free continental breakfast with waffles and precooked eggs (which were surprisingly edible).
There are only 4 mini-fridges in the entire hotel. So don't expect to get one. One employee lied about water damage so he could give us a room connected to the lobby after we called several times to confirm a quiet room. I would not stay there again.
Staff was so nice and helpful! They greeted us upon every arrival. We asked about local coffee shops and they gave us three along with a review if each. They were Awesone! Room was small but clean. Staff was polite, knowledgable and helpful. Location was great! I would stay there again.
Crowd outside at night. Club next door was hosting a questionable crowd. Was uneasy walking to hotel late night. Especially with teenage girls.
Location was great.
Breakfast area cramped. But I will say it was mostly due to the way guest occupied space. More smaller seating/tables would be better.
I liked the location & the staff was nice
I didn't like the fact that I booked a king room & ever give me a twin bed room. I went downstairs & told them I was upset so they sent me a bottle of wine to my room. The room was way too small!! My bf & I couldn't even walk around together..they shouldn't try to squeeze two beds in those rooms. The beds were comfy but nothing special about the room at all. The breakfast area was cramped & crowded...basic food..they shouldn't only serve pork products because everyone doesn't eat that. I checked out the next day & went to a better & more modern hotel. I wouldn't stay there again
close to broadway
my room 112-shower not working,to noisy, close to breakfast aria
Good location, helpful staff, comfortable bed, hot shower, plenty of choice at breakfast.
We had mix up with room and spent first night in tiny room, it was soon sorted by polite and helpful staff but shouldn't have happened. Breakfast room is like a hostel and very very busy, much too small for size of hotel.
Location of the hotel and the staff were excellent. So close to times square and everything you need. They have a safety deposit so you can leave your bags without paying anything after you checkout.
Rooms and the breakfast area was so small. There is a strip club just near the hotel, so there is a bit disorder and sound at nights while you try to enter the hotel!
Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Location was close to subway and Times Square. Staff were great. Although small ,the room functioned well for the four of us.
Breakfast room isn't very functional. Hard to move around. We ended up putting portablethings like the fruit and yogurt on a tray and taking it back to the room. That worked for us.
We had a room with 2 double beds and it was just too cramped.
Dirty, male review right outside, breakfast area very small crowded- could not get near it- room very small, front door hit bathroom door- too small of an entrance, air conditioning did not work correctly either freezing or hot- not a very good hotel at all!
Great Breakfast and location
No coin laundry for large families
This is a bit old as most are in NY, , staff were brilliant they helped us with any questions or problems, the room was kept clean although it was old looking, location to Broadway and the city was great . nice friendly place to stay.
As with all the great cities of the world hotels are well used and look tired, as always the prices are well to much but if you are going to see these places there's a rip off price to pay.
