Wifi Breakfast Room
Slight musty smell of bathroom
Close to the Times Square
Very cold- window is very bad. Heater was not able to hear the room and very noisy. Furniture looked very used. Water damaged bath room door already. Cleaner didn't close my room proper, so door was unlocked the whole day.
Clean and modern rooms Friendly and helpful staff - very prompt resolution to room issues
Location was good for theate r-goers. Breakfast was filling and nice to have but breakfast room was tiny and always full with too few seats. My room had 2 double beds, both very comfortable, but there was no room to move in the place as it was so small. Really. Smaller than in Europe!!! Price was good but you get what you pay for i suppose.
Toilet worked sometimes. Not always. Needed lots of time between flushes. Room was just way too small once you put luggage in it.
Leo Sueannc, at the desk was especially helpful.
Cleaningness, room and enjoyable breakfest
great value and location - definitely will stay here on future trips
All staff were exceptionally helpful and beds very comfortable after a day out in the cold. Room was always clean and breakfast tasty.
No complaints at all, staff were fantastic and the room though small served its purpose well. There was construction across the road but this didn't disturb us too much.
Staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfest was ok with pre prepared eggs and sausage. Location was convenient between Times Sq and Penn Station. Price (for NYC) was at the low end of the midtown hotel prices. Room was clean.
Room was very small with the two full size beds leaving only a narrow pathway to move around in. OK for us since we spent little time in the room other than sleeping.
We stayed for 2 days in November. The location is great, 5 minutes walk to Times Square. The rooms are clean, warm, with towells, hair dryer, iron machine, coffee maker. Friendly stuff, we arrived early in the morning and they offered us breakfast complementary. We really recommend it!
The breakfast was kinnda poor, served in a little bit crowdy room.
Location, Wifi, comfortable bed.
Should not have free breakfast as a selling point as there was no food left at 8am or room to even drink a cup of coffee.Reception staff were not very good. Construction site beside my window=no sleep
Breakfast. Space too small. Insufficient sitting space. Almost every day there was shortage of one or the other items.
Great location near Times Square. Modern, comfortable room. It's small, but this is New York City. Great breakfast buffet.
King size bed was nice, pillows were great but mattress was lumpy and hard. The breakfast buffet is a nice perk, but the room itself was small and people were bumping into each other.
Pretty good location. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Room was small. Very basic. Cheap furniture. Weren't told about free tea/coffee in the lobby downstairs 'til the last day. Breakfast room was very small.
The room had a great view and it was very comfortable.
No complaints whatsoever.
size of room too small. room ammenities poor
The location is perfect, just to one street from the subway. The price is good.
The breakfast is good, however I miss the cheese and bacon. The kitchen room was very small. At Saturday I can see around 20 persons in a small place. The table is so unstable and danger. The disposition of this big table can be replaced by four smaller tables for two or four persons with small chairs. The wifi was so unstable too, the connection can be easily improved. The room is not so clean, because I find some cockroaches into the closet.
The staff were all friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again. Close to Penn station and Times Square. Great value for area
Helpful and friendly staff. Location.
The supplied kettle is no good for boiling water to make tea. It is a coffee percolator. This is not a complaint, just a warning to take your own kettle if (like me) you can't live without a decent cup of tea!
Location, location ,location, and staff was very helpful.
Room size could have been a little bigger.
- Location was perfect. - Room price was reasonable. - Staff were nice and helpful. - Room was clean. - Easily this Inn can be recommanded to my friends.
- Room was not large enouph, it was really hard to keep in our luggage inside. However at the end, you can manage this matter and enjoy staying at the Inn.
The only thing that I liked was the offer of continental breakfast and rates, but we didn't even enjoy the former because of the horrendous experience (see below).
The rooms were much smaller than what the pictures on the website convey. They are almost made for single people. If you want to stay with children, I would not recommend this because it is extremely tight quarters and in No Way cozy. Please read the following: However, the worst part of our experience was that when we were getting ourselves and the children ready for bed, we uncovered the sheets and noticed female public hairs and urine stains on the bed (we have the picture proof). We immediately called downstairs and demanded and received a full refund and left. That was before we had already been moved from our originally booked room which was over saturated with carpet cleaner and the smell was unbearable. I promise you that the positive reviews are deceiving.
Location and staff
Breakfast was not long enough time needs to go to 1030 and over crowded room as room is too small...
Easy to get to from Port Authority Bus Terminal. Friendly staff who wanted to help you.
Room was facing the street so it was very noisy. Don't think the room had been vac'ed properly as I found an M&M and some other bits on floor. I think also one of the bath towels had not been removed (or not cleaned properly) because it had make-up marks on it.
Over priced, tiny room with tiny bathroom. Poor TV picture.Little breakfast room with wobbly table.
