Staff couldn't have been nicer! They smile,greet you morning noon and night,answer all your questions about the city.The hotel was very clean Nice continental breakfast and conveniently located. It was easy getting everywhere. Room was a little small but we dididn't stay in it much. |

It has everything what is needed when staying in Manhattan for a short period of time - central location to many NYC attractions, clean and pretty nice room, well equipped bathroom (shower was excellent!), nice staff. Rooms are really small, with two big pieces of luggage, the room we had (one king bed which consumed most of the space) was just too small... Therefore, I would not recommend this hotel to people who has a lot of luggage or would like to stay long in NYC. For 4-5 days (like our stay), it was ok if we did not spend too much time in the room (just for sleeping). |

The staff at the front desk was very helpful as we checked in and asked directions for places in the city. They were also very helpful in making arangements in getting transportation to the airport. Very friendly people. |

The hotel itself was clean and up to date (it seemed to be new). The hotel was very convenient to restaurants, shops, and Javits Center. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. However, for the price the room was extremely cramped. |

Dos funcionários, que são extremamente solicitos e educados, tentando te ajudar ao máximo, e tornar sua estadia mais agradavel O hotel é muito bom, no geral fiquei muito satisfeita, sugiro melhora na limpeza dos quartos, pois no ultimo dia percebi que a roupa de cama nao foi trocada durante a semana em que fiquei hospedada e encontrei lixo (pacotes de bicoito e batata vazios) debaixo da cama e do colchonete. O outro ponto é que como o hotel é perto da rodoviaria a noite é um pouco perigoso andar sozinha. |

gute Lage, sehr gutes Bett, sauberes,nettes Bad, freier Internetzugang via W-Lan, freundliches Personal. Teppichboden im Zimmer schmutzig, länger nicht gesaugt. Frühstücksraum zu klein und eng für den Andrang. Papp- und Plastikbecher-Kultur zum Frühstück - scheint jedoch in USA ein allgemeines, nicht Hotel-spezifisches Problem zu sein. |

Персонал был очень венжлив и услужлив. Интернет в номере работал хорошо. Прямо в отеле можно купить биленты на представления с небольшой переплатой и доставкой в течение дня. Номер с двумя кроватями тесноват для двух взрослых и ребенка 12 - 16 лет. Главная претензия касается завтрака. Помещение, которое можно назвать столовой очень тесное, столы маленькие, после 9.00. трудно найти место. Качество и разнообразие продуктов значительно ниже европейского. Но расположение отеля и цена частично компенсируют этот недостатки. |
