La posizione.

Reception e sala x prima colazione piccola, inoltre una difficolta' x poter pagare con carta di credito VISA , risolto cmq. nella seconda giornata.

Ottimo hotel qualita prezzo. Ambiente riscaldato e pulito.Posizione ottimale, a 5 minuti a piedi da time square e a 2 min dalla metropolitana. Stanza un po piccola ma comunque accogliente(ottimo bagno, grande e funzionale). Ottimi I waffel a colazione!

Pulizia della camera, posizione fantastica.

La sala colazione troppo piccola, a volte arrivavi e toccava aspettare in piedi un paio di minuto prima che la gente liberasse I pochi tavoli disponibili. I letti non sono matrimoniali veri ma da una piazza e mezzo.

Actually it was a mess. The hotel was located in a good place and this is the only way they get people. Price is too expensive for the bad quality service and the bad quality breakfast and breakfast area. I would not pay $100 per night for such experience. I do not know how Comfort Inn gave their franchise to such management. It is a disgrace. I will never stay at that garbage dumb (literally, black garbage bags at the door every day, that was the only constant). Wasted money to say the least.

The staff are very freindly.the hotel is close to every place I planned to visit.it is close to bus terminal where it takes you to every destination you want .I will stay at this hotel next time I visit new york

It was a great friendly spotlessy clean and great location to stay in New York close to all great night life and theatre. Plus the breakfast in the morning was great bonus.

location to a degree. But was right next door to a strip club. Not good for a family with children.

For the cost of the room it was very expensive, for a very small room. I did not feel it fit the price I paid. I will not be returning to this hotel. I was not pleased in the slightest. I could of payed alittle more for a room at the Hilton, and better location for a bigger room. So, as far as I am concern Comfort Inn was a complete disapointment for me as well as my husband & children.

I is in the heart of times square.

It is a cheap hotel that isn't worth as much as they charge. Upon arrival my room wasn't available, so they offered to put me in a smaller room with a double bed. I payed for a king room with one bed though. After being in the room for five minutes I noticed a blood stain on the sheets in my room. After notifying the staff, all of a sudden there was a king room availbe since the double bed room was nasty. I feel as if they didn't want to give me the room I paid for. The cable sucks and when you take a shower the water builds up in the tub due to the drain clogging up.

Nice location near all the hub-bub of midtown; brerakfast area is a bit small for the size of the hotel, but the complimentary continental breakfast was very good; scrmbld eggs, eng. Muffins, sausage, made to order waffles (yummers!), plus cold cerals, fresh fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee and doughnuts .. more than enough to get one off to a good start to the day, w/o having to eat until much later in the afternoon.

The lobby/outside entry area looks a little time-worn ... could use a bit of a face lift; room was a bit small, but not unexpectedly so. Main complaint: the so-called "double beds" are the smallest I've ever seen, they will not accomodate a couple. The sales info should make this clear, that if you are a couple you need to go for the king size room.

My experience in this so-called hotel turned out to be on of the worst`s in my many travels. Extremely expensive, considering what you get. The asian-female concierge should work with anything else than people. Rude is not enough a way to define her. The only positive comment is that this hotel is good for people who wants to stay near Times Square, but there are many others much better.

Run from this hotel, I would not recommend it neither to my enemies. Nothing there is good.

The location couldn't be beaten literally around the corner from 42nd Street and Times Square

I slightly resent the fact that for what was a very small room with a basement breakfast area that was not fit for purpose the nightly rate was more than I paid for 4 nights at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas and seems to be double the rate I would have paid in January.

The location is perfect. The staff is kind and friendly. Fast elevators. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Suitable for families, singles and business. Free wireless internet access.

The breakfast area requires more ventilation. There is always a smell of burn. The hotel doesn't have business center.
