very good location in NY i didn t like, because too small room for 3 people, very small the breakfast area, does not work only 1 elevator |

1. room was so little that we had to put our siutcases in the bathroom 2. Breakfast-room was also too little and crowded in the morning 3. they didn't offered any salty thing for breakfast |

Staff couldn't have been nicer! They smile,greet you morning noon and night,answer all your questions about the city.The hotel was very clean Nice continental breakfast and conveniently located. It was easy getting everywhere. Room was a little small but we dididn't stay in it much. |

It has everything what is needed when staying in Manhattan for a short period of time - central location to many NYC attractions, clean and pretty nice room, well equipped bathroom (shower was excellent!), nice staff. Rooms are really small, with two big pieces of luggage, the room we had (one king bed which consumed most of the space) was just too small... Therefore, I would not recommend this hotel to people who has a lot of luggage or would like to stay long in NYC. For 4-5 days (like our stay), it was ok if we did not spend too much time in the room (just for sleeping). |

The staff at the front desk was very helpful as we checked in and asked directions for places in the city. They were also very helpful in making arangements in getting transportation to the airport. Very friendly people. |

The hotel itself was clean and up to date (it seemed to be new). The hotel was very convenient to restaurants, shops, and Javits Center. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. However, for the price the room was extremely cramped. |

A localização é boa e o quarto é bem decorado. O quarto é muito pequeno e quase sem armários; o local do café da manhã é minúsculo, com teto baixo e mal ventilado. |

Está situado en una zona muy céntrica que facilita el acceso a cualquier punto de la ciudad a través del metro y todo queda cerca. Las habitaciones son muy muy pequeñas, y la calidad del hotel en relación a su precio deja mucho que desear, aunque hay que tener en cuenta que en NY todos los hoteles son muy caros. El desayuno bastante cutre y escaso. |

Huoneemme (double-double) oli kaikin puolin todella siisti ja mukava ja modernisti sisustettu, vaikkakin aika pieni. Hotellin sijainti oli myös ihan ok, eli sieltä oli suht lyhyt matka metrolle ja esim. Port Authorityn bussiasemalle. Aamupalahuone ei ollut viihtyisä, ja aamiaisessa olisi parantamisen varaa (enemmän hedelmiä ja jotain tuoreita raaka-aineita myös). "Double" vuoteesta voisi selventää nettisivuille, että se on vain 120 cm leveä, eli kahta aikuista siinä ei oikein hyvin mahdu nukkumaan. Kahdelle lapselle se olisi riittävä kyllä, tai yhdelle aikuiselle joka haluaa nukkua mukavasti omassa vuoteessaan. |
