although the area in and around the hotel entrance was filthy,it was a gud location to get to theatre and time square the breakfast room was a joke. it was so tiny with about 6 tables. very stressful and had to stand eating on 2 mornings as did other guests.with children in tow it makes your start to the day tiring.staff lovely, especially the guy who made the kids waffles.they all loved them. a bigger room and a few more tables would make it more comfortable. |

It was clean and had a nice new bathroom and comfortable bed. Easy to check in - no lines. Great location. Very small room, but ok for the price. |

location in new york was excellent, just a few minutes walk to port authoity(bus station) times square and macy's. the staff were very friendly and helpful also. it was very nice to have breakfast included as well, great start to the day |

The hotel was in a perfect location. We were able to walk to the theater and there were plenty of restaurants near by. I was with 3 teenage girls so the proximity to Times Square is great. Nice breakfast and friendly staff! |

location room was not what I booked (double double) it had 1 bed & sofa bed which as well as being uncomfortable had the bedding from previous occupant on it! Staff nice but she hadn't knowledge or authority so had to wait until next morning to discuss. Breakfast content fine but both toasters did not work |

nothing, worst value for money ever. very small rooms, we ate breakfast standing in an extremely small room with too few tables and no sun (it was in the basement), they did not call us a taxi to the airport because they only cooperate with a bus company. |

Meeting the chief engineer and learning about the construction of the building. The price was expensive complared to other hotels in the area that my family and freinds stayed the same week end in NYC. |

Nothing other than the helpful and polite staff. The hotel was grossly over priced. Facilities were inadequate for the number of rooms. Only a very limited breakfast service was on offer. |
