Staff was very friendly. The room was nice and clean. Highly recommendable. We have been in the hotel twice. On our second stay we had a room just above the pump of the swimmingpool - it was vibrating on the floor and it was extremely loud. Also the floor was not wooden in this room. They have different rooms - let the staff know, that you want the room with the wooden floor (and not avove the pump), then you will have a great stay! |

the staff were all friendly, towels where available to take to the beach and there where free sunloungers on the beach. the hotel and rooms were clean. the loungers around the pool and pool itself was also very clean the computer in the foyer was very expensive to use and slow, also not all the pages could be opened which when all combined together made it useless. they did offer free acess to print out boarding passes but with a 2 minute limit and a slow computer made it hard to do unless it would load up immediately. |

Rather nice and big rooms. Excellent placing close to the beach with a nice beach bar, simple to reach the Ocean Drive. All together rather good value for the money. Our room lacked a fridge which is rather essential in Miami! The personnel is rather young and throwing a smile once in a while wouldn’t harm them…..Breakfast is pretty scarce and low-budget kind of, but the good thing is that just next door is a convenient store with rather good variety of snacks, drinks etc. |

Friendly staff, easy access to the beach just across the street Wifi internet in all rooms would be great. It's a bit to the north in South beach, off the party zone, so a bit more quiet - which can be a good thing! |

Nice and quiet, nice decoration, nice people and staff. there is nowhere to eat out around the hotel. On the website, they specify that the hotel is not far from where everything is going on. But actually you have to get the bus or have a car because you can't walk that far with the heat. |

We really loved the staff, everyone was nice and helpful. The room we had was just as pictured on the website, and it was a picturesque scene when walking into the lightly lit courtyard. Definitely a nice experience for lovers! The floor was hardwood, which naturally attracts the sand and dirt from outside... just bring a pair of slippers! If you're a late sleeper, request a room with windows facing west, it's bright in the mornings. Try not to drive to miami, parking+ $$$$$$ and impossible to park at the main clubs which are around 15 blocks away |

The cleanliness and it's really close to the beach. Breakfast, had to ask every day for an extra towel because we were with the free of us. |

We did not spend much time at the hotel,very little to do there.We could have got more for our money at other hotels. Rooms had no coffee makers,few towels,just a bed. |

location was very handy. the J route bus from airport stopped more or less on the hotel doorstep and being a 2 min walk from the beach was perfect. Staff were very friendly towards us at all times. |

excellent location of the the hotel 39th str on Collins, the hotelrate includes breakfast, it offers all facilities needed for Miami. Good value for money (110$/night incl tax) I recommend Hotel Circa 39. Rooms are fairly small. |

It was clean and nicely decorated. I did not like being charged $10 for breakfast or as they put it- a pp room fee. That should be an option or already built into the price. |

Quarto pequeno, e me colocaram no 1º andar onde só tinha escadas para chegar ao quarto. Estava com muitas bagagens e tive um trabalho terrível para carregar as malas até o quarto. |
