I have no complaints. I had a great time. This wasn't my first stay and it won't be my last!

It was clean. Staff was friendly . And the buffet was excellent ( I personally do not like buffet because the food is cold and we have to get our own drinks, etc.) however, your buffet breakfast was excellent.

The rooms were spacious but need a little updating the bathroom especially

Smoke in casino. Awful. Should be banned. Hate having to breathe in other people's foul smelling and tasting cigarette smoke! Banned in casinos in the uk thank goodness. Vegas should do the same.

Value for money was great as we've been backpacking. Pool was good & good facilities.

It's more of a family resort rather than for a young couple as there are a lot of children. Wish they'd include the resort fee in with the price listed to avoid the disappointment.

The value for money is excellent, the rooms are lovely and spacious, and we stayed in the manor motor lodge rooms, everything was clean. The hotel itself is a little old but still well maintained and lots of fun!

This hotel is a little south of the strip and is quite a walk to the main hotels/casinos but the walk was fun for us! And the wifi didn't work...

had a terrible smell may be from a carpet cleaner, looks old, bathrooms were small

They did let us check out early and get a refund.

The hotel wasn't well maintained looked very rough, housekeeping took forever to bring what you needed. Room was a walk from actual main building. Definitely would not stay there again unless it was improved.

The value

The broken elevators, the coupon books you had to pay extra for, the pool that closed at 6:00 pm, the Internet that did not work.

Price which allowed us to have two rooms

Very out of date and rooms stank of stale cigarettes the deodoriser to mask the smell only made it worse. All the electrical fittings were dodgy and the plumbing made a banging noise. Walls were thin could hear the neighbours conversations.But then you get what you pay for.

The cost was great. The view was wonderful. Also the hotel is right on the strip.

The gym was the size of an actual hotel room. They only had 3 treadmills that were extremely outdated. For a hotel having over thousands of guest, I was expecting more. I also booked for an upgrade room and they still gave me a manor room. I called the front desk and inquired about this, and they told me I had to book a room in the skyrise casino section. I just let it go. Room was suppose to have a flat screen, which it had a big block tv. And the comforters were so thin I had to sleep with my sweats on! Also the signs on the elevators to get to certain areas are confusing as well. The hotel needs to be renovated. If you're looking to go party and not spend too much time in the room, this will be perfect. If your looking to relax, this is not the place.

The rate was good.

Not friendly staff and its just old and needs a make over. Drinks while playing not good at all. It was our honeymoon and the hotel did absolutely nothing to make us feel special.

The circus also the games and rides for my grandkids and eating as well

very dirty and smelly. No refrigerator or other small handy items such as pad and pencil. Buth tub drain clogged, furnitures old and couches dirty with oily mark.

The hotel was aweful. Glad it was only for one night. I will never stay at this hotel again. We had to stay accross the street and carry our luggage back and fourth to the parking garage. It was also very noisey and full of kids. Nothing against kids but not a very pleasant stay at all.

It was just me and my daughter i haven't been there since she was born in 06 and. i didn't even get to gamble and i don't like all the smoking makes the place look dirty

That the concierge attempted to make my original room seem less appeasing to get me to upgrade the day of check in and at check out I had to ask for a receipt they were not going to give me proof of check out

Quietness of rooms, overall cleanliness

Our first room wasn't very clean and the tub didn't drain, at all. It took nearly an hour, and getting a hold of someone at the front desk didn't work. After 20 minutes of trying I walked down and waited in line for help, where I was asked if I wanted to just wait for maintenance.
