Bathroom was okay Helpful staff
Lighting terrible Room extremely small Dirty carpet Awkward parking
Location near downtown
Everything except location was horror.
Wifi and the bed
location, poor service, not worth the price paid. Would not recommend this to anyone and would never stay here again.
Close to downtown which is good daytime but during nighttime is scary because of all the homeless people.
Hardly any breakfast which is also served between 6-9 and thus you have to get up really early to get anything. Old furniture in old rooms that smell. Close to downtown which is good daytime but during nighttime is scary because of all the homeless people. No wifi in the rooms No refrigerator and no microwave.
I had a place to stay
The bathroom smelled, room was teenie tiny, air didn't work, tv was grey fuzz, and the area was kinda sketch
Parking was a definite advantage. Hotel is convenient to just about anyplace in the South of Market area. Room was comfortable and clean.
South of Market is a somewhat gritty area and I don't recommend it for Mom, Pop and the kids in search of a family friendly area.
It was quite place.
You need to clean your bathroom better. There was mold on ceiling and tub.
The room was nice. Very clean and the basics were there. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The front desk and the maids were all very pleasant. I would stay with my husband if I was interested in just an inexpensive, clean room and wasn't concerned about much else. I wouldn't stay again with my daughter.
The location was not so great. I think it may have something to do with arriving late with a 16 year old and a transient in the parking garage we used that had a gate that we had to manually close and we were the only ones in the garage. The overall parking was challenging.
bed is comfortable. Clean towel every morning. Good location.
The carpet in the room was old and dirty. The bed sheet was dirty and with a blood stain on it. Toilet was leaking.
The proximity to all great attractions!
No elevator, lots of steps. No ice machine or vending machine. Cable is non existent, TV is on its last leg. Room is like a large closet, beware of the area at night. Overall, if I could stay somewhere else, I would have!
Dirty rooms, empty 2 liter coke bottle in bathroom, cloth stuck in holes in flooring (to prevent things from coming in possibly), small black bugs in a cluster on wall, no elevator, dirty halls smelled of urine, 2nd tv in suite - picture was green. Did not know we had to run across the street to were our rooms were, no hot water in the evening.
Told to find parking on street but to be mindful of area, and street cleanning signs. At 11 pm on a tuesday/wednesday took hour and a half to locate parking. Then walk back to room was very sketchy. Had to wake up at 630 am to move car to other sudd of street so it would not be towed st 7 am. Limited parking is a mis statement. More than 95 percent of guests need to licate street parking. The close garage is not open at night. And in the limited 32 stalls of the complex is the home of a street person In the bathroom was four broken floor tiles that were very sharp snd had shrunk
cold water electricity view parking breakfast low quality design
location was decent
Some of The staff werent very friendly or helpful..it was always loud at night. Could hear everyone from upstairs walking etc. Place was old and worn out. Too expensive for quality of place. Asked for rollaway bed prior to coming and it wasn't there on arrival. Next day got a bed and was charged $40 for one night
- Bed comfortable
- Free coffee is colored water - Access to room is across the street through the parking - Problem with electronic key all the time - Poor desk for working - Poor access to plugs
Close to down town
Neighborhood did not feel safe Room was tiny Bathroom very small Breakfast was horrible/totally inadequate
Nothing about the property
The place is a dump
Everyone we encountered was very nice and helpful. I saw a front desk person dealing with an angry guest and she was very patient. Great job!!
The room we had was in disrepair. The shower enclosure wouldn't close and was pulling away from the wall. The television would only get about 10 stations, the others were just static. We had to walk up two flights of stairs to get to our room, the place seemed unsafe to us. The room was TINY. For the amount that we paid, this was not a good value.
This hotel did not have adequate parking. Most rooms were across a busy street from parking and check in. It was noisy with squeeky plumbing. There was a hole in the floor that was covered with carpet. Few towels given and holes in those towels. No room in this room; WAY overpriced for what was offered. I will never go to this hotel again!
The front desk personnel was very kind helpful and lovely. Although i didnt like the hotel itself i loved her kindness.
The hotel was smelling and the area was not the best to stay
Staff was very friendly and helpful Cost $246.56 one night everywhere else was $400.00 + parking Price above included parking
Very old hotel that needs upgrade bathroom floors TV Lighting
the toilet was plucked up and so was the shower/hall looked shabby and neighborhood was kind of scary/would never stay there again and it was almost as much as a good hotel
Fridge and microoven at 20$/d No Internet
The receptionist was pleasant as we weren't the only guests complaining about our room, she gave us the option of 2 other rooms.
After being allocated a room across the street from reception we found it dark and dingy and the building ft unsafe, we we're able to select from 2 other rooms in the other building, the one we chose was at the rear of the area. The a/c didn't work, the icebox was frozen solid and the toilet blocked repeatedly and we had to fetch a plunger from reception. Breakfast provisions were packaged pastries and overripe fruit, terrible selections! This hotel is located in an unsafe neighborhood so it is not recommended you walk around at night. A very disappointing stay!
