Friendly front desk person, great and convenient location, easy free parking.
The location is great if you work in Soma. The room was clean and comfortable.
It is loud and the neighborhood is in transition so it is a little scary at night. There is not very many restaurants around to grab a bite to eat - you have to walk a few long blocks. The TV is old and you only get 6 channels.
I liked the price! It was quiet. The staff was pleasant.
The location wasn't the best. The facilities weren't kept very clean and all areas were not in proper working condition.
The corridors smelled.
Everything about just said vacation u know what I mean.
I can't say that I hated a anything about my stay at city center
Free parking on premises
small but clean, easy access to Mosconie Center busses and walking
Walking, there were a couple of scarier blocks near the hotel, but I had no problems except feeling anxious. There was no staff in the building I was in across the Street from the main motel. Other guests came in at 1 am talking loudly in the hall- but then nobody was up before 8 am, which worked out fine.
There was no parking
FREE PARKING, LOCATION, CHEAPEST IN THE ZONE, CLEAN, VERY GOOD!
Close to neighborhood restaurants, easy walking, Friendly staff. Parking.
The bathroom flooring and showerpan needs to be fixed properly. Cracked, separating floor.
Our room was across the street from the main lobby. The parking is on lobby side, and the ice machine (1 for the whole building) on our side was broken. Never got enough towels. Don't stay here unless it's for the location being close to everything.
new towels everyday. house keeping everyday. strong enough wifi for facetime...
way to expensive for the place... i paid 169 for night... many homeless people around...
I liked the location because you got to every big place in less than 10 min. The hotel together is kinda messy, the rooms individually are clean but small.
I didnt like that they charged my card twice and i keep calling and they hang up, i know they aret that busy because the girls in the lobby during the afternoon are just sitting there looking at eachother.
proximity to Moscone Center
General hygiene standard was so appalling the bed was crawling with bedbugs. Changed to a different room, but this time the pillowcases were dirty. The maids seem to go through our toiletries as well which was alarming. Only reason we didn't check into a different hotel was because there were none other available.
everything is broken in my room for the first 2 days of staying
The workers were really nice and willing to work with you.
I thought I was paying for a double room but when I got there it was one small room with one bed.
Front desk, lack of care about problem, the bad manners and lack of respect , they acted like nothing was there job
The moment we left!
Dirty floors, sheets had large black spots looked like mold, it looked like someone slept there before and beds were not changed, towels had pubic hair left on them, just gross!
The price via booking.com is affordable. If you order directly from the hotel it's not worth it. There was always hot water and they cleaned (?) my room every day. The wifi.
I came in 1 am in night from a long 10 hour drive to San Francisco. At the desk sat mr tai, who was very rude and offensive and insisted that they don't have my reservation, witch I made at booking.com. I showed him the confirmation of order and all the details, but still for 50 minutes he yelled at me and argued with me that they didn't receive the order. He wanted to charge a much higher rate for my room. It was the middle of the night, I was tired, I paid in advance and he did nothing to help!!! Nothing! Absolutely the opposite! He Just was offensive and rude and yelled. I was a prisoner with no room, since I paid in advance. He actually told me to go find another hotel!!! Then I called booking.com and they faxed him again (!) the order. I wanted to cancel, but it was a no refund deal. I was in my room only in 2 am!!! An hour from hell check in! The manager was also rude and very aggressive. There is no real breakfast. I came because I read there will be fresh fruit. There were Only apples. The first day I came there was one banna, and after I ate it, no more bannas. In my room everything was broken. The light, the phone, the AC. They only fixed the AC after I asked.
convenient to city center...SoMa is an intriguing area...
room cleanliness should improve and the TVs from the 80s need updating!!!
I've stayed here at least three times over the last two months and have been very pleased it's time. The rooms are tastefully updated and always spotlessly clean. I love the center courtyard feel having the building open to the driveway below. It's unheard of for a hotel property in San Francisco to offer free parking, but they do!
Can be a little noisy at times from the colorful locals out on the street, but that's just part of the San Francisco SOMA experience.
Poor cleaning service(one day cleaner just took used towels without placing new ones refillment cleaning the room) door key didnt work frequently(had to change door key everyday) breakfast (orange juice, cheap bread, coffee etc quality low) some rooms are across the street(always had to cross the street to change the card or to get to the front) Room was not fully prepared at first time(i received some new items after 2days) dirty linens some tiles of washroom were broken light (only one lamp)
Not a thing
I had problems because they wanted to charge me 300 extra dollars. The Night shift person at The desk yelled at me and told me I was not pain when I paid with my credit card. They called me 3 times saying that I did not pay and I can see that money was taken out of my bank account. it's a scam do not go to this hotel I will do anything in my power to complain aboutthat this kind of threatment against customers
carpets were dirty
