walking distance to Freemont.
the rooms were very dirty. the carpets seemed like they have never washed. Could not even walk around the room barefoot as you will automatically have black stained feet from the dirty carpet. Rooms need to be cleaned and carpet at least cleaned, preferably replaced.
Couldn't find our reservation, had to tell them what we reserved even after showing them the email confirmation, Stair / hall lights out, smell of methane gas in room, AC either on or off (no temp settings), comforter should have been thrown out several years ago, etc. etc. etc. Only good thing about this Motel is the location.
Close to all the downtown big casino's. Best price for lodging during Bike Fest. Best for comfort, cleanliness, location and friendliness. Refrigerator was GREAT. Double beds were great.
Disappointed because couldn't use the pool. No microwave or coffee pot in the room.
Clean Friendly staff Large room Parking outside your door Comfy bed.
Poor Wi-Fi - sign at office stated 'no refunds because of poor wi-fi.' No breakfast. Plumbing in shower needs attention. Had to pay $5 for remote - refund upon return. Never found major network channels.
We stayed for a long weekend it was a really good location near allot of attractions the main strip was down the street. No traffic near or around the hotel I would definitely stay here again.
Location was good and prices were comporable.
Rooms were a little warm couldn't adjust the room tempature.
the description promised - coffee machine in the room - continental breakfast but none of this was present or offered.
The only thing was the location...
AC did not work. The staff was not very friendly and/or helpful. Fire alarm went off around 3:30 am and we had to listen to it for over a half hour. We finally went back to sleep around 5:00 am. We received a call from the front desk at 11:00 to tell us we had to leave. They also charge $5.00 for the TV converter, however, we were so mad we forgot to get our deposit back. It was a night from hell.
Only 300 yards from Fremont Street. With swimmingpool.
Old man at front desk tried to keep money from me, then was rude about it. Told me he didn't like people!! Who says that!!!
They double charged my card and failed to provide me with a refund they are a fraud. Save yourself the trouble and never do business with this company ever
location & price
shower not working properly, it gets hot & cold, unable to mix hot & cold properly. hotel smell miusky and bathroom smells sort of moldy?
location in downtown Vegas, clean
Staff was rude and unfriendly. Fire alarm went off for an hour in the middle of the night. For the price, better options
Room so smelly and dirty staff very rude didn't want to refund my money back due to dirt and smelly room also my so was getting sick as well as my wife and daughter
Close to freemont st. , nice 2 bethroom rooms , clean enough but the carpet .
No remote control for the tv . , not enough channels , no kids channels , carpet dirty .
The location was the only good thing about this place
Room was not clean found dirty clothes in corner of room.ants and roaches in bathroom.ac unit did not work.when asked to purchase waters from lobby night clerk would not do it he said to go to the casino across the street. In morning when I went to complain the clerk told me "things happen"I
Liked that they are pet friendly and close to The Fremont Street Experience.
Loud neighbors at 2 am
Price is unbeatable and it was on 4th of July weekend. Right in the heart of things for Fremont.
The location was nice.
Everything else was horrible. Needs to be remodel and needs lots of maintence.
In the heart of downtown Vegas. Can get a bit loud on the street but quiet enough after midnight. Awesome value for money!
While blow drying hair they blow dryer malfunctioned and sucked up my hair into the motor. I called the front desk. They told me to call 911, stating whatever happens in the room was not their problem. I ended up having to cut big chunks out of my hair to get the blow dryer off. They were very rude and completely unconcerned that there equipment did not work properly and resulted in me having to cut off large amounts of my hair. Would never stay there again.
LOVE the fact that you are pet friendly and close to Fremont Street Experience.
I wish you were JUST a bit closer to the Fremont Street Experience.
I was excited to book this hotel for $69 Saturday night, being as how it was the cheapest way to go for being on fremont st and walking distance to all the action. Once we arrived, we knew why it was less expensive, and even then, it was priced high. This place is not very safe. There were all kinds of shady individuals, coming & going. One even knocked on our door. We overheard talk and there is prostitution & drugs going down. Not a place to bring your kids to. Also, the Container Park is directly next door and there is a booming fire show. Not sure if every night, but it went on until midnight. If you want to feel safe and get a good night's rest, this is not the place for you, unless you feel like you can handle it.
The location was alright and parking was free.
Felt like I had the night club in the next building in my room! Really loud music all night. The wifi didn't work, the air condition sounded loud, the remoter to the tv was broken (even though we had to pay $5 in deposit it it). The bed and sheets felt old and dirty. On booking.com it said that breakfast will be served but there was no breakfast. I felt unsafe in the area.
