extremely friendly and helpfull staff,best location,very clean,small room but has everything needed for comfort. i will definatley come back there when in new york. not much storage area |

This hotel is aesthetically pleasing! It was overall comfortable, I loved the location and the fact that they leave chocolate chips by the bed! Its a small hotel, but what it lacks in size, it makes up for in design and hospitality. My only gripe is the lighting. While the dim lighting lends to the decor, it was hard coming in from the bright sun! I also had a hard time applying my makeup! |

the fact that the staff was genuily friendly, the room rather large and that the price included laundry & internet. The flag flying out of the window was fabulous. |

Very good turn down service, location, location, location. The restaurant was great, staff kept our luggage on the first and last day, room upgrade door to the bathroom, no fan in the bathroom, had asked for early check in but room wasn't available until 3pm. |

the staff was pleasant and efficient.The king room was large by New York standards.The location was perfect.If I can get a good price again thru bookings.com I will return. |

The staff was very polite and prompt when we had questions. They were very courteous with tips on cabs and other services. The TV and computer printer did not work, however, the staff was very prompt in exchanging the TV. The room was very neatly decorated and clean, although there were not enough towels provided for 4 guests. |

I enjoyed City Club more than any NYC hotel in which I've stayed in the past (incl. Times Square Westin and Marriott Marquis). When I arrived, the staff had my suitcase inside the hotel before I was even out of the taxi. The door was opened for me almost every single time I went in or out, regardless of the hour of day or night. I wouldn't have minded a hotel bar but there was plenty of high quality alcohol in the room--for a price of course. Same for soda and snacks. $3+ for a 12 oz. can of soada is just ludicrous but it's the same with all hotel's in-room wet bars, so this is something I don't like about all hotels rather than this one in particular. |

The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The restaurant was excellent and we had breakfast and dinner there several days which we found very convenient. The location was close to all Broadway shows, shopping and dining. |

A small, elegant boutique hotel right in the heart of Midtown. Staff were helpful, rooms not badly sized (not big by lots of cities' standards, but not small by New York Standards). The DB Bistro Moderne (the hotel restaurant) is an excellent restaurant in its own right. Not a lot of hanging space in the wardrobe, but this classifies as a quibble rather than a dislike. |

The hotel staff and the confort of the room The fact that there was no functional fan in the washroom created a lot of steam when taking a shower. At that price, there should be a flat screen tv in the room. |

Friendly, helpful staff. Computer for guest use. Small hotel. Cookies at bedtime. There were three people staying in our room, but staff had to be reminded we were not just two several times. |
