excellent and convenient location, excellent service, clean and "design rooms" it's true that the rooms are quite dark too dark; caution, they charge 1$ for each toll free calls!!! |

it was good situated(44th west) The room they gave us was situated on the first floor(all night long there was noice of the carbidge cars, cleaning cars, shouting people et. We didn't sleep. The 1 glass of the window was not double, the fan was very loud. |

The very close proximity to Times Square & 5th Avenue - literally on the doorstep. Friendliness of staff. We had power outage one evening, and it was good to see the room charge for that day reversed on my bill. Building revovations next door specially with work during the night. |

Hotel was very modern, clean and beautifully decorated. Staff were very friendly and helpful, delicious cookies were left in your room every evening . Location was good if you want to be close to midtown attractions but is quite a hike down to downtown where I wanted to spend most of my time in NY, although it is a nice walk. |
