Great hotel! I was in Petit room, it was a bit small but I came for a business meeting and it was perfect for me. I didn't have a big luggage. so take that under consideration if you plan to take a lot of luggage. |

I don't like that the room was dark, nothing can't see throught the windows. All night i heard the mouses noise. I don't have tv in my room. Sorry, bet i never come back to this hotel. |

We just fell in love with City club hotel.The service was more than excelent. You get fresh"New York times" behind your door every morning and just baked warm cookies in your room every evening. The staff was helpful and friendly.Rooms were tidy, modern and comfortable and the location couldn't get any better!!No mather if you are on businesstrip, familyvacation or honeymoon (like we were) Go to City club hotel! |

The hotel was fantastic with great location to Times Square and a good welcoming feel to the place whenever we were there. The staff were exceptionally friendly throughout our stay. The room was fantastic too, great size for New York and very comfortable. The facilities were that of a good 4* hotel with all the little extras you can think of inside your room. Great service with complimentary internet for example made it a good stay. The location as I mentioned was second to none. The street where the hotel is situated has fantastic restaurants, a really good American diner which you can great very affordable breakfasts in everyday. The alternative is that you can eat in the restaurant attached to the hotel - a celebrity chef owned place! A little dark in the rooms as there isn't much to look out on as a view - can't win them all and this certainly doesn't detract away from your stay. |

Room for 5. Excellent location. Remarkably friendly, personal service by entire staff. Sleek, understated elegance of design. Outstanding value. Lack of coffeemaker in room (available in hotel bistro for $4 and across street for $2). |

Location was perfect. Room was spacious for New York. Decor was well done for an old building. Didn't have time to eat at the restaurant because fo shows but it was Michelin rated and I understand the chef is one of the top 5. Restaurant was well appointed and had a upscale crowd. There was no traditional hotel lobby which my wife wasn't happy about. Halls and rooms were dark. Difficult for her to put on makeup because the lighting was above and put shadows on her face. |

We were very comfortable at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly & accomodating, from start to finish. Went above & beyond to resolve a parking issue at the lot across the street. The room was well appointed. Had a high-tech, yet relaxing feel. Will definitely return. |

All the hotel people were very friendly and kind to us. I really like the atmosphere of the restaurant. Their breakfast was excellent! I slept very well in the nice bed with a comfortable pillow. I requested a Queen Luxe room with a bathtub, but only a room with a shower was available. Since it was very cold in December, I really wished I had soaked in a nice, hot bath. Some of my colleagues said that the wall and the door were not thick enough to keep their rooms tranquil. |

The hotel is located in a very good spot for shopping, walking around and good eating. The atmosphere of the hotel is special and it has a touch of elegance. Perhaps you can find that the lightning is poor, but it belongs to the decoration, you can enhance it anytime. The hotel satff was very polite and prepared to assist you in any minute. The only thing I would improve would be the poor relationship to the outside. If I opened the window I found a brick wall close to it, like in a bad horror film. I couldn not sleep a night because a standing nose like a hammer tapping continously for hours. |

Close to all city attractions. Very helpful concierge desk, found tickets for a basketball match the next day within minutes. Free internet with printing was great. The room was quite stuffy, despite the air conditioning. Also it might be worth showing a plan of a petite room as it is quite difficult to visualise just how small it is from the photos. Some tiles were lifting off the floor in the bathroom and rooms just a little bit worn. |

Location, and general atmosphere. Size of the room (too small), and the fact that we had a roach in our room and the manager didn't offer to change our room, in fact it seemed that it was not is problem, that it was normal.... I will never stay there again |
