L'atmosfera accogliente delle camere.

Centralità dell'ubcazione. Semplicità, tranquillità, cortesia dello staff.

Rumore in camera dovuta la condizionatore, ma sopportabile, che non andava a disturbare il sonno.

Le camere hanno uno stile sobrio ed elegante ed i bagni sono fantastici.Vicino è possibile accedere ad un club e si può fruire di dvd,cd,internet wi.fi, giornali al mattino. Custodiscono i bagagli per un ultimo giro in città.

Alcune stanze hanno vista muro o la ventola di condizionamento vicina all'apertura-quindi molto rumorosa-ma è stato sufficiente chiedere il cambio. Occhio ai prezzi di lavanderia e minibar.

Grande disponibilità,professionalità e gentilezza dello staff; camere arredate e attrezzate nei minimi dettagli e con materiali di ottima qualità; postazione internet a banda larga a utilizzo gratuito e illimitato;pulizia; giornale e cookies omaggio tutti i giorni; grande posizione strategica,praticamente in pieno centro.

Eravamo in 3, alloggiati in una camera da 2,con un divano letto allestito x la terza persona: ma era cmq comodissimo.

La posizione dell'albergo e' sicuramente agevole per la visita della citta'

L'albergo non ha parti comuni! La nostra camera, in compenso, non aveva spazio nemmeno per muoversi...!!!! Nemmeno spazio poi per I begagli per terra ed armadi zero!!! Vista dallla camera: un muro! La sera rumore dai condizionatori esterni e dall'aria condizionata della camera..!!!!

La cordialità e disponibilità dello staff

La scarsa luminosità nelle aree comuni, già di per sè anguste.

The hotel is located in a very good spot for shopping, walking around and good eating. The atmosphere of the hotel is special and it has a touch of elegance. Perhaps you can find that the lightning is poor, but it belongs to the decoration, you can enhance it anytime. The hotel satff was very polite and prepared to assist you in any minute.

The only thing I would improve would be the poor relationship to the outside. If I opened the window I found a brick wall close to it, like in a bad horror film. I couldn not sleep a night because a standing nose like a hammer tapping continously for hours.

Location, and general atmosphere.

Size of the room (too small), and the fact that we had a roach in our room and the manager didn't offer to change our room, in fact it seemed that it was not is problem, that it was normal.... I will never stay there again

A good shower and great complimentary toiletries, the goodnight cookies

Dark corridors, no decent reception/lobby area, the two rooms I tried - both had noisy ac units and are the first us rooms I have stayed in that did not have coffee making facilities - the first had a pipe on the outside wall which made a loud noise all through the night - the second which I asked to be moved to so I could get some sleep was about half the size but charged at the same rate - the wardrobe was only tall enough for a jacket and you had to move the desk to open the wardrobe door. The cost - I have stayed in far better places for considerably less; this hotel is the worst value I have ever experienced - even after they conceded a 50usd reduction because of the noise in the first room.

The convenience of the location. Clean and well maintiained. Helpful staff and the daily fresh cookies!

The room we had only had one window that was dirty and looked out into back area. So there was no real light. Other than that it was a lovely room and very nice small city hotel.

The location was excellent, the staff responsive and friendly, and the design of the room (though small) and bathroom (gorgeous and large), top-notch. I enjoyed having the NY Times at the door every morning, and the delivery of choclate chip cookies every evening.

The most unfortunate aspect of our particular room was the lack of good lighting, whether in the room or bathroom. Natural light was basically non-existent. Without the ability to crack open the windows, we relied on the air conditioning system - even then it was often stuffy and warm during the night.
