The hotel staff and the confort of the room The fact that there was no functional fan in the washroom created a lot of steam when taking a shower. At that price, there should be a flat screen tv in the room. |

Friendly, helpful staff. Computer for guest use. Small hotel. Cookies at bedtime. There were three people staying in our room, but staff had to be reminded we were not just two several times. |

Ease of access to Theater District, Central Park, everywhere we wanted to go. I know it's New York City, but the room was pretty darn small for the price, and there was absolutely no view. |
