the apartment was convinient for us as it was close to where my cousin lived. It had 2 bedrooms which was good but the living area was tiny. the kitchen was well equipped. it was close to shops and restaurants. the aircon was great as it was so hot on the days we were in new york It was on a very busy corner - 1st/59th and there were road works going on night and day. There is no double glazing so it was very noisy. The bathroom could do with an upgrade. The curtains were so thin and hopeless that the light just streemed in at night, sleep was difficult. The building is very old and doesn't present well

The hotel was very convienient to the subway and had plenty of room for all five of us. There were enough dishes there for us to comfortably have a home-cooked meal. Loved the deli right downstairs - great coffee there! The heat was controlled by the building and we roasted at night - construction in the street outside made open windows a bit of an issue, but we managed nonetheless. Having the couch in the kitchen made family togetherness a bit of a challenge, but the teens loved having their own room to get away from us anyway! We missed washcloths - will bring our own next time.

Near metra station and land marks of the city very warm room temp, killed one centipede crawling on the floor, lights in the kitchen is not working, head of bed almost falling, pillows are very thin and too soft for comfort,dusty,bathroom faucet wont fully closed,water keeps dripping. No free parking,have to spend $47 per day for parking.

Appartamento al quinto piano senza ascensore con scale ripide e strette, consegna dello stesso dopo più di un ora di ritardo quando noi ci eravamo preoccupati di avvisare in anticipo l'ora del nostro arrivo. Nel complesso struttura vecchia e bisognosa di restauro. Troppo cara per la qualità offerta, anche per New York.

Terribile! Sporchissimo.. Cadeva a pezzi.. Piccolo.. Con I termosifoni tutti arruginiti e rotti. Il bagno vecchissimo e sporco. Lo stabile, senza ascensore, sembrava una cantina puzzolente e sporca. Ciuffi di capelli tra le lenzuola!!! Mai stata peggio.

Забавная классическая Нью-йоркская пятиэтажка с видом из комнаты на красивый мост Квинсборо, а из кухни, гостинной и с лестницы в стену соседнего дома, находящуюся не более, чем в 1,5 метрах. Чем-то похоже на Питерские "колодцы". Парковка (платная) в соседнем доме. В пешей доступности весь центральный Манхеттен и Центральный парк. Довольно просторно. Хорошо оборудованная кухня. Нет лифта, но нас это не напрягало.Ужасно горячие батареи, регулятор которых не работает и шипит, что помешало нормально выспаться.
