The location for my business. Only 5 mins down the road.

Only thing that was a little annoying was the constant sound of the car on i4 when relaxing by the pool

The comfort of no disturbance from neighbors, the room was really a condo setting.

No one came in to clean, and give new bed linen and towels during the stay.

It was a nice bed and spacious room. The price made the rest of it worthwhile.

This isn't actually a hotel it is just a privately-owned room inside the Crowne Plaza Downtown hotel. You do get to use the hotel facilities (pool, gym etc) but you can't ask the hotel staff for any services - even for soap. You get given a phone number for "Kevin" when you check in who is meant to be the one you call for everything. Kevin refused to bring more toiletries or towels during the week, telling us that the rooms were serviced one time per week and you can get nothing in between.

Was clean, quiet, and a good price

CityPlace is part of crown plaza. But all the workers work for crown plaza and can't help you. I never saw or heard from Chris(I believe that's his name) until the day of checkout. In which he called to tell me I was being charged for something. After that I was unable to get ahold of him. Except when I had crown plaza themselves phone him. It's a skip and a jump from the ghetto. I would not recommend.
