Liked the neighborhood. Close to el and family lives nearby.

Rooms were very small.

Close to train with multiple lines, friendly, safe, and comfortable, nice breakfast selection, reasonable price, nicely decorated.

no coffee maker in room.

Fantastic location right next to the L. Request a quiet room and they will accommodate you. This is a friendly, small hotel with comfortable beds.

Breakfast leaves something to be desired. It is self-serve with cold items only. Not bad, but could be better.

The location was great. The rooms were comfy, clean. The staff was efficient. It was all great.

Loved it! Staff very friendly and polite. Very willing to assist with any need. Have stayed here numerous times and will be back. Have already suggested to friends that its a great place to stay .

Elevator could be bigger, but minor thing overall.

One L stop south of The Center of the Western Hemisphere, Wrigley Field.

Train platform out back window meaning curtain had to be drawn if privacy desired.

It is perfectly located to dining and entertainment. We book this hotel for the Cub's Opener every year and love it.

Staff was extra helpful. Great location. Very reasonably priced. Continental breakfast was better than most chain hotels. No bed bugs! (I checked) Clean bathroom and linens.

Everything staff was so awesome we had a situation and it was fixed somewhat but not staffs fault

Someone was yelli8ng on our floor and it didn't stop. I alerted staff they went to there room and it was good for a little bit but then again yelling.we cut our trip short and didn't stay a second night

Location was great. Train Station was right next door. Clean, nice staff.

A little noisy at times due to the the L train next door, but was not very disruptive.

Great location, friendly staff, steps from the el which can get you quickly to downtown and other locations.

My daughter and I loved everything. It was in the perfect location for our visit and is convenient to many modes of transportation. My daughter and her friends have stayed other places but said when she returns City Suites is perfect and will be back again. I can't forget the staff either. All members of the staff were wonderful.

I didn't find anything that we didn't like, we really enjoyed our stay.

Noise...ask for quiet side or trains will be very loud...every 15 minutes.

The radiators in the room started clanging and were really loud each night. That can be fixed and they should invest in getting them drained/repaired. Not fun when you're woken from a sound sleep at 1am, 4am, - etc.

The comfortable bed, radiant heat, lobby with fireplace, continental breakfast, separation of sleeping and sitting areas, location.

I liked the convenience of the subway. I liked that there were restaurants nearby. The location was near to the concert we attended at the St Hyacinth Basilica.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like.

The bed was uncomfortable, lots of train noise, elevator was scary-small.

It wasn't a major problem for me, being used to Chicago background noise, but the El station next door means a fair amount of train noise.

Location, right next to the train stop. Fun out of the touristy part of the city but easy to get down there if you want to.

Radiator in the room was loud and hot.

Everything was fine. The hotel is small but friendly and cosy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The subway station was almost next to the hotel.
