Foremost, the kindness and competence of the staff. Plus, the always-available and very good coffee and tea. The quality of the breakfast was nice, and the lobby area was quite inviting and attractive. The hotel is right next to a major CTA train stop - the ultimate in convenience for us. On one night, loud music from a neighboring business was a downer - but I always carry earplugs for situations such as this, and it was not a surprise given the hotel's convenient location to nightlife. |

Everyone on the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful--probably the best I have ever encountered. The rooms were wonderfully done, even for a five-star hotel (the bathroom was especially impressive). The room was very clean, and the beds were quite comfortable. I was also pleased to see a reasonably priced and well-stocked mini-bar that was actually there only for the guests convenience and comfort, not to gouge the guests with overpriced items. In short, I was very impressed by the entire hotel, and I will be looking for hotels in your company whenever I travel in the future. Good job and thank you to your staff and your company! No valet parking. Not a big deal, though. I'm spoiled, but parking on the street and walking a block and a half isn't much to endure for saving fifty dollars. |

It was next to the public transporation (Red line/Brown line). It was very close to where my son lives. I also like it that my wife could be in one part of the room and I could be in another and we weren't in each others way. |

Room was clean, especially the bathroom was clean. Simple and very comfortable appointments. Location next to transportation system a plus. Local businesses, dining, shopping, culture more than adequate. Thanks for a nice place to stay. |

Better than I expected. It was an older building so it had more character to it and the rooms were a good size with really nice bathrooms. 2 TVS in a king size bed room. The el train was a little loud but not loud enough to wake me up in the morning. |

La ubicación con una parada de metro junto al hotel. la habitación y el baño estaba bien aunque un poco pequeños para lo que se lleva en USA El ruido que hace el metro (aéreo) y también el aparato de aire acondiconado de ventana que hacía un ruido insoportable. |
