駅近で（駅を降りてすぐ）シカゴダウンタウンまでの便利がよかった。　シカゴとしては低料金であったのも助かった。バスタブもあり日本人には疲れを癒すのに役立つ。

朝食にはフルーツが一品欲しいところ。部屋が小さいのはシカゴではしょうがないところか。

Staff were great we will stay there again in a heart beat.

Some reviews were worrisome, but the reality was much better than those descriptions. I liked the room. It was very clean and I enjoyed my stay there.

Very close to our daughter's apartment. Small, friendly, urban. Different from the chains, but offered everything we needed. Clean and comfortable with a friendly and helpful staff.

I liked the location (next ti the Belmont El Station), but most of all I liked the staff. No matter the time of day or night, the staff was ready to help with efficiency and grace. We also appreciated the 24 hour access to coffee. The breakfast was also good and offered a variety of food--and an abundance. In this areas we received much more than we expected. In addition, in spite of the proximity of the El trains, our room was quiet. The beds were also most comfortable.

The space was perfect for everything we neeeded. The honor bar helped with all the snacks we craved... The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location by far was the best location!!!

We had an excellent stay at city suites. Upon arriving we were immediately surprised by the size of our room, it was a king suite with a small lounge area with a couch in an adjoining room. Everything was very clean and the bathroom was great too. There was so much natural light in the shower which is very unusual. Lots of people complained about the noise of train on these reviews but we barely noticed it...we just put on the fan on the air conditioner unit and it was perfect! Also, most comfortable hotel bed ever!

Very few things we didn't like but one thing was that the mini fridge in the room was full of stuff they wanted you to buy. But we travelled about 11 hours by car so we had lots of drinks and such we would have liked a place to keep cold. At least a little extra space in the fridge would have been nice.

Really liked this place. Staff were amazing and it felt like a home from home which was great after a long trip across Central America. Location is ideal if you want to be near Boystown, not so much if you'd prefer to be downtown.

Breakfast could be improved. Some fresh fruit would be good, and maybe some eggs (even boiled).

I loved the friendly staff, the location to Wrigley Field, the close proximity to the "l", and all the little extras the hotel offered.

The sound of the "l" was a little annoying, but wouldn't keep me from staying again. In fact I liked the idea that it was so close.

Location was fine, breakfast was okay...

I might just have been unlucky but the room I was in was as noisy as any hotel I remember and that includes Times Square in NYC. There was music blaring at very high levels until past midnight with really heavy base making sleep impossible. I badly regret not taking the offer of a room change.
