駅近で（駅を降りてすぐ）シカゴダウンタウンまでの便利がよかった。 シカゴとしては低料金であったのも助かった。バスタブもあり日本人には疲れを癒すのに役立つ。 朝食にはフルーツが一品欲しいところ。部屋が小さいのはシカゴではしょうがないところか。

The hotel is just few meters from the Belmont (red line) station. The location allow me to travel back and forth to the McCormick conference center in 30 minutes. The continental breakfast was simple but good and always ready at 7 am.The hotel is clean and the area around has many restaurants.

Wonderful location for fun in chicago. Very comfortable and receptionists very kind and helpful. 2Nd time for me there. I love this old style hotel.

Location is good. Very few nice hotels in this part of Chicago. CTA trains very accessable and station close but didn't really hear the trains (room on east side of hotel) Self-parking not far away (1.5 blocks) with good price ($22) for Chicago. Unlimited in and out parking allowed. Bathroom clean and facilities worked well. Staff was friendly and helpful. Basic room was a little small. Fair amount of noise from radiator. No view...just close brick wall of adjacent building.

Convenient, the area felt safe, decent food, shopping and transportation nearby. Staff was kind and most helpful. Hotel older but comfortable and interesting. I would go back. Recd. Free upgrade to queen suite.

Everybody was perfectly nice, very well situated. A nice service was the all day available coffee to go. Internet provided in the rooms. We were very happy with our stay.

I always book visiting family members at one of the three boutique hotels in this group. They always have an excellent experience with clean, comfortable rooms, efficient, friendly staff and central location.

The staff was very nice and accomodating. Our son and his girlfriend stayed 2 nights and my husband and I stayed 1 night. I appreciated the reasonable parking close by (the in/out was very nice) and that the hotel didn't charge us extra for keeping it in there a few hours beyond the 24 hours. I was very happy with the room, location, service and the rate was pretty reasonable for during the holidays. We will definitely be back and would recommend to friends/family.

What a great old-fashioned, city hotel!!! A pearl! The room was tiny, but incredibly clean and comfortable. The staff was sweet. Coffee for breakfast. Great location right across from the Belmont stop. All the amenities that you could want nearby, E.G., Ann Lathers delicious cinnamon buns, a liquor store, drug store, etc. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Chicago. I liked everything.

Hi. We enjoyed staying at City Suites as it is convenient and easy to get to. We frequently come down to Chicago and like to hang out in the Lakeview area. Always a good deal and we enjoy the Continnental Breakfast in the morning also. Thanks and we will see you all again soon!

Easy location Noisy rooms. Noise 4 hours from street and from adjacent l station. Could easily be resolved by secondary glazing... Can;t understand why the owners / operators are not aware of this

Cleanliness was #1 at this hotel. Very nice service provided by a very nice staff. We enjoyed our stay so much, that we look forward to our next at City Suites Hotel. Nothing. Great hotel!

The front desk clerk was very friendly and liked by the guests. But he knew absolutely nothing about the hotel. When I walked in and asked to book a room, he told me they were full. In actuality there were 4 rooms available. Then he booked me in the wrong room and tried to convince me it was an upgrade and would not credit me the difference for the lower priced room.

The staff was very helpful - location was great - I know you can't do anything about where the parking garage is - lots of walking! Nice decor - good breakfast Water pressure awful - towels...hard as a rock...

Free Wifi, excellent staff, complimentary continental breakfast and although this was nextdoor to Belmont station, it was very quiet! Excellent stay. Thank you!

The idea of not having free parking was terrible. The area the hotel was in was not the nicest. The types of stores in the immediate area was of the lower and trashy class.
