Clackamas Inn and Suites  

There seems to be an esprit among workers that reinforces a warm focus toward customers.

The morning coffee could be improved by offering carafes of coffee or water from a central location. A variety of Coffee creamers could be sold at a modest profit. Those cremaers can make nearly any coffee blend taste good.

Do NOT judge a book by its cover, when we pulled closer I about died, ADULT VIDEO was first sign we saw, then realized it was in the back not even part of the hotel. Went up to room and WHAM, very clean, granite counter tops, clean appliances and room. SUPER Friendly staff and the AC worked wonderfully, with it being 88 in May in Oregon that was a blessing. We were on the 82nd drive side, never heard noises etc, very quiet

people were great, price good, clean, warm.

drains in sink and tub were very slow, had to let water trickle or they would back up.

Large spot on the mattress, musty/moldy shower curtin, very stale smelling air, must have had a very heavy smoker in the room before our visit, very stasle and stuffy

Everything was great except for trying to check out....the receptionist would not give me a receipt or tell me the total.

The receptionist would not give me a receipt upon leaving and said it would be in an email. She would not tell me what the total price was just that the tax was a certain amount which was not the 7% required but more than 10%. This is a horrible business practice and I will not stay there again because she would not give me a receipt. Nice clean hotel, though.

rooms were bright and very nice. Breakfast and snacks were better than expected

noisy location next to traffic. Pool in the parking lot on busy corner is weird

Friendly staff.

Toilet was loose & water ran almost constantly.

Nice people, very kind the person who attend on Saturday evening.

The rest room's door not closing, and one more thing, accidentals I forgot my cellular's charger.

The room was a nice size and adequately furnished.

The bed. My back was broken after the first night. A mattress pad was on there possibly to disguise the age or quality of the mattress.

It was conveniently located for my visit to family and the city. The staff was polite and professional. The breakfast was nicer than some "free breakfasts" I have experienced. The rooms and grounds were clean and inviting.

Parking was a little tight but workable.

Affordable, and, for our purposes, a very convenient location. The room was nice, and the mattress was good and firm enough.

I suppose the breakfast could be better, but then again, we didn't stay there for it, i.e., we did not look for a free breakfast to begin with.

In need of lots of repair.

Close to the highway. Clean, large rooms that were up-to-date. Front Desk Staff (a tall, young lady with dark hair) was exceptionally curtious, and informative. She was just so welcoming that it made our evening after a long day of driving.

It's no resort but it's terrific if youre passing through for a night or two. A bit noisy with the traffic because it is on an intersection and a block from the highway. But Staff is friendly, knowledgable, and the place was clean and updated.

My room was very clean and comfortable. The man who was staffing the desk was very helpful when I arrived late and the credit card I had planned to use was refused. Luckily, the booking.com had sent the entire number for my other credit card, so I was able to use that one to pay for the room. I would recommend this hotel for someone who wants an inexpensive and convenient place to spend one night, but probably not for a longer stay.

The hallway had a strong smell of tobacco smoke, which lead me to wonder whether my room was going to be ok, but it was fine. There was a note in the room that said to use both the deadbolt lock and a security bar, but there was no security bar. (I used the ironing board and chair instead.) There was a lot of traffic noise, which didn't bother me, but might bother some people.

How close it was to my best friends wedding.

The amount of time it took to leave the parking lot if we were turning left.

Convenient on and off the freeway system however, with that comes the traffic noise and congestion. The breakfast bar was sufficient however, it would have been nice to have a variety of fruit offered to combine with the pastries, waffles, bagels and cereal. The staff was very nice in moving us to another room which had a security bar in the shower/bath area. Thank you for your efforts on our behalf. .

Our trip out to the pool area with our grandson was ruined by the constant noise and fumes from the traffic. Access to the parking lot was pretty hard to navigate and certain parts of the day. Our first night, Thursday, spent there we had very little sleep due to the constant traffic our our closed window. Friday when we moved our things to a new room the noise level was not as high as the first night.

Besides all of the above, it was very close to the friends I was visiting. I was extremely happy with my stay.

We found this hotel to be as advertised and we had no problems at all. The rooms were clean and comfortable and breakfast offered a good deal of variety.

We would have like a small electric jug to boil water.

The staff go out of thier way to try and accomidate your needabouts. The pool wasnt working yet and they fixed it so our daughter who's 3 could go swimming since thats all she cared about.

Clean, crisp, & convenient. Also, good stuff for breakfast.

Desk clerk mischarged our 'booking.com' confirmed price. She promptly fixed it.

Loved and I mean loved the beds.....really want one:) actually called them after to see what brand they were but staff didn't know:( also breakfast was great!!

Smelt cigarette smoke close to the air conditioner and in the shower as well..other than that it was great
