Great WIFI! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable and included a mini refrigerator.
Our arrival, resulting from a storm on the my hood pass, from which we were turned back and had to backtrack 40 miles, was immediately greeted with the deal agent volunteering that he probably didn't have out resetvation yet. Having not even checked, he assumed that a booking.com reservation would be problematic. And it was. Thanks to the fact that the staff is evidently under the impression that the hotel has the option of refusing a reservation after it is booked and paid for. He found the printout of our reservation, on which was clearly printed "4 adults I. 2 queen room" and said he "couldn't accept the reservation at that rate." He said that three more times, with our pointing out that he didn't really have a choice, since the room was reserved, and the rate already guaranteed. He wanted to charge us an extra $20 for being a group of four adults, rather than two. It didn't seem to compute that the receipt printed out in front of him was all the permission he needed. So he called his supervisor, at our insistence, and only then agreed to honor the rate. Also, breakfast in the morning was missing the yogurt, butter, and cream cheese, because they were "expecting a delivery, but it hasn't arrived." In the first place, why is your stock so low that a day's delay leaves you completely cleaned out at breakfast? Was this totally unexpected? And, if your delivery fails in the middle of a bustling city, why are there no arrangements made to purchase the needed items locally, rather than delivering another "tough luck" to your guests?
Lousy check in and missing breakfast. Staff either lacks motivation or permission to make things right.
location was great
cash deposit too high
I liked the room size and the wet bar and counter. The beds were very comfortable and the covered parking was a plus with the wind and rain we had when there.
The heater seemed to be constantly circulating on and off. We had room facing away from 82nd and over the lobby--furthest from either street and it was not too noisey. Don't know what it would be like in rooms closer to the streets.
Beds were comfortable
Paying cash....having to put up a 100 dollar deposit? Booked ahead asked for a king bed with a crib....no crib?
The staff were very nice. We ended up booking here last minute as a few places were full. Driving up we were quite skeptical if we would actually stay. We were quite pleasantly surprises by the rooms and the comfort.
The sink is outside the washroom. One of my pet peeves.
The free movies were a treat but the AM breakfast is fantastic!
The grout in the shower needed attention, the fabric on the chairs was overly worn and the cylinder accent pillow on the bed was dirty.
Good little breakfast. Good room price for the area. Room very adequate.
Pretty ,nice place with delicious breakfast I like its waffle OMG
Were there to shop at mall and it was close to that and eating establishments
The staff were absolutely wonderful. Provided family with every possible need as we were there to attend funeral services for a family member Thank you
Friendly staff. Large, cllean room. Super prices.
LOTS of traffic noise ALL. NIGHT. LONG. When I checked in, I specifically asked for the quietest room possible. I was given a room facing the highway. After driving 600+ miles, I was looking forward to sleep. Wrong! Ceiling made loud creaking noises every time the people above walked past, which seemed like every 30 seconds.
Price of room
Older hotel with updates, right off the freeway so you could hear all the traffic
Good breakfast choices.
Didn't care for sink area being outside the bathroom.
The room was clean, updated, comfortable and all the furnishings looked new. I stayed five nights and the staff was friendly, professional, and helpful, every shift, every day. Thank you for the welcoming attitude : )
My BFF had cancer surgery. Everything else was hassle free.
My "good" ratings were really VERY good(not excellent because not luxurious, a B+ not an A). ALL the room amenities, very comfortable bed, great location for shopping, on and off major roads. Very pleasant and helpful staff(I like even a continental breakfast in the a.m.) Free parking, excellent for the price
Nothing really a problem, I didn't have time for internet etc. T.V. was fine. Maybe a fuller breakfast(fruit option) but it wasn't a big factor
Size n comfort of room. Staff efficient n helpful
Staff was attentive and courteous. Room was clean and supplies were left.
internet is not secure. Breakfast choices are very limited, providing only carbohydrates or yogurt with artificial sweeteners. Persons with diabetes or gluten intolerance are not able to have a "breakfast" which is supposed to be included in the room charge.
The front desk reception welcoming and helpful. Rooms nice and very clean. Great on-the-go breakfast options.
Nothing really, right off the Hwy 205 so convenient. Wouldn't feel safe walking the area at night.
Our room was great, bed comfortable. Just wish we had been in back, too street noisy.
Our room was very comfortable with the added bonus of a whirlpool tub!!! Clean, quiet room and nice amenities!!
We found the staff very helpful during check-in and when the lights went out in the area and we had to use the stairway ratyhert than the elevator. The halways were well lit.
Extrememly noisy. Apolstery on chair was threadbare and not very clean. I sat on the chair and thought I was going to fall through to the floor. Hallway carptet had been cleaned so they had those huge fans (3 or 4) in the hall blowing until well after 9pm. Thin walls....heard the neighbors....yes they had a good time..
The front desk help by Dyllin. Very professional, but showed compaction to our concerns in Clackamass.
The swimming pool looked a little dirty.
