Albany Ramada Plaza Hotel    

I liked the location and it seemed clean. Breakfast was nice. Bed and pillows were very comfy. HBO was nice. Appreciated free WiFi.

elevators smelled of cigarettes. Furniture was a little beat up. Restaurant seemed deserted and sketchy.

Staff was very accommodating, breakfast had a nice variety and very good, room was clean and comfortable for all four of us.

Great Staff. I mean just the nicest front desk personnel. Not a luxury hotel but so clean, and great for business travel. Also, free internet computers available in the business center. Very good American buffet breakfast (bacon, sausage, real scrambled eggs... All part of the price of the room!). If I ever go to Albany again, and I hope I do not have to :), this is the place to stay. Even a short one block walk to the #1 bus that takes you down the main drag to downtown. It even takes you the other way and drops you off at the main mall.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Albany Ramada Hotel! I was very impressed with the staff, facilities and the breakfast. I had the best night sleep because the pillows were really soft. I would definately recommend this hotel to other travellers.

First they gave us a room key to a room that was already occupied then when we finally got to our room there was pubes all in the tub. It was disgusting. And they didn't even apologize. Not visiting here again

Older facility in need of repairs.

We only stayed for 1 night. Clean, spacious room. They have complimentary shuttle to airport- for us they dropped us off at the rental car company which is great. Wifi signal is strong in the room. Reception staffs were welcoming and helpful.

Hotel is a little bit old. Staff service at the restaurant downstairs is average- didn't know what beer was on tap. Was slightly unprofessional. Was sitting down while there were customers around. Bread served a breakfast was stalled :(.

1.) Proximity to the event we were attending. 2.) American Breakfast buffet; this I thought was a good value included in the room price 3.) Bed and pillows very comfortable, made for good night sleep

1.) Location of hotel in less than desirable area of city 2.) No pride in the upkeep of the exterior; trash containers overflowing, trash on ground 3.) Restaurant should be closed for dinner; zero patrons dining at 8 p.m.; order was not right; sent undercooked hamburger back; ordered a quesidilla with no chicken, delivered with chicken. Dark and dingy, cleanliness questionable.

The front desk was so nice and accommodating. I enjoyed how warm and friendly all the staff was.

The resturant was no very good. The food wasn't good and the service sucked, but there are plenty of places to eat in the surrounding area.

Evening staff was very helpful and positive.

Sinks stop didn't work. Breakfast was good but bagels were awful - dry, bready Get a new source for real bagels - you're not THAT far from New York City.

Sketchy area. Wouldn't want to stay here alone.

The only thing I liked about this Hotel was the ease in which it could be located.

The Hotel was very dated and needs a lot of improvement. The rooms were very dirty and no attention was paid to details. The majority of the staff looked like recovering drug addicts and were very unkempt in their appearance and lack proffessionalism. My friends and I would never stay there again!!!!!! The kind of service is what you would expect from a $35.00 per night one stop Motel on the freeway! Shame on the ceo and management of albany ramada plaza hotel!!!!!!!

I like that they provide transportation from and to the airport and train station. And the free breakfast was good.

The beds were comfortable and the bar tender was very nice.

The pool smelled aweful. The shower was constantly changing temperatures. The full breakfast they give you is just a continental. The remote didnt fit the tv so it didnt work.

The bed was new and super comfortable. Even though breakfast started at 630a, after I had to leave to catch a train, the attendant was there and offered to get me some pastries before they opened.

The tub kit in room 304 was coming apart and squishy under my feet.

The room was freezing and I had to change rooms. The restaurant offered no real healthy choices. The breakfast was mediocre at best.

bathtubs in the many rooms I've stayed in all drip and are clogged; sinks drip and are clogged; toilets run. Internet is getting slower and slower over past few months

It was convenient to the Amtrak station and very comfortable.

I booked a non smoking room. Someone was smoking near my room and smoke filtered into my room most of the night which caused me not to sleep. I told the from desk and they did not even offer any kind of discount because of my discomfort! Very poor customer service!!! I will never stay at your facility again!! Or recommend it to another associate.
