I was placed in a tiny room that smelled like paint and new carpet from the renovations (carpets in the hallways. The staff was friendly and it was close to the airport. |

Convenience to airport, relative value for location, complimentary shuttle from airport to hotel When I called for the shuttle they said someone was coming; in reality it was about 30 or 45 minutes - which would have been okay if I had know it would take that long. |

The breakfast was good and there was a small menu for dining. We did get some invaluable info on transportation into NYC and Manhattan. We were able to get around comfortably with the info. The room was simply too warm. We had to open the windows as we could not adjust the heat in the room. |

I enjoyed the free shuttle to and from the hotel and the continental breakfast.Our restroom and room wa\ere clean.Maid service was very good. They were remodeling it and although the room itself and bathroom were clean, the hallway was totally disgusting looking. The walls were unpainted and the carpet was ugly, torn and dirty. Our room also smelled really bad. |
