Clarion Hotel at LaGuardia  

I really liked the staff, they were friendly and helpful. Clarion it self was wonderful the rooms were roomy and comfortable and clean.

There wasnt anything that I disliked. All was A-Ok.

It was literally opposite the lga airport, which was convenient for me. Very friendly and helpful hotel drivers especially Hernando and chef in the lobby restaurant. Rooms are super clean, well maintained, you have comfy bed, feather pillows, flat screen tv, iron with ironing board in the closet. All and all it's very quiet and decent hotel.

Front desk staff, there is definitely room for improvement. First room I have been offered had malfunctioned door lock, they knew about it but I guess forgot and still sent me there so, I had to go back to reception. Secondly, I asked them not to charge my cc but I'd rather pay with cash when checking out. They said it's ok but still charged my card and the most silly thing was, they put the receipt in the door at 4am which actually was kind a loud and woke me up. Another thing I have noticed, they don't have bell boy services but I guess that's why they have only 3 stars.

I liked the free shuttle service from the airport. The shuttle was very quick in pickup from the airport.

There was a musty odor in the hallway. Our room was clear at the end and we had to walk a long way just to get to our room. For the price of the room, I think you should be offered a little more...like coffee maker in the room and a better breakfast. But...for a quick trip to ny (overnight stay) it was good.

It's so close to la guadia airport, within the walking distance. The amosphere of the hotel is very friendly. It offers a lot convinence to the costomers. The room is nice and clean, very comfortable. During my two nights' stay, I could hear some traffic noise, but at a acceptable level. I could sleep well. Next time I will choose to stay at Clarion Hotel if I go to New York again.

It was close to the airport

Extremely courteous and friendly front desk staff.Spacious bathroom,well stocked with towels,toiletries etc,etc.Very close proximity to LaGuardia.

No ashtrays in a smoking room.Television worked intermittently.In-Room telephone unable to dial out-calls.

Provided what we needed for a quick turnaround trip to the city (attended a Mets game at Citi Field and location was convenient)

It was close to the airport and had a shuttle bus service.

The rooms were old and the aircon was noisy. As we chose this hotel based on their website pictures and text, we were disappointed.

Bed cover had cigarret burns it did not smell clean at all

We have got very noisy room just next street cross.

Beliggenheden

Tæppet på hotellets gange var usædvanlig beskidt. Hotellets cafeteria serverede mad af ringe kvalitet.

Cet hotel est parfaitement situé. Cet endroit est parfait pour une nuit d'escale a l'aéroport.

Ce qui est dommage, c'est que la première navette gratuite est à 7h, si votre avion par trop tôt, je pense que vous devrez prendre un taxi. Je vous conseille d'appeler l'hôtel pour vérifier les horaires des navettes.
