Saff was really friendly, and specially manager who kept jetlaged traveller awake in order to be "climatized" on May 7th 2013

Closeness to the Airport It was old and dingy and they tried to cover it over with a bit of paint which because the air would not kick in for almost half hour, my friend almost had an Asthma Attack and we had to check out. The Elevator was not clean and we did not like the location of our room which was down a corridor with a ramp.

Very Clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff from the front desk to the house-keeping ladies. A practical hotel for practical non-fussy people. Very close to LG Airport. We liked it very very much. It worked for us! When we got there on the first day the staff could find our booking number. But we had confirmation from Booking.Com that our room was booked - so there was a communication breakdown somewhere. We were not happy that our room was not booked despite the fact we had sent many Emails to the Hotel asking various questions before our arrival. We were lucky they had a room available at that time but had it been a busy period then we may have not been lucky.

This hotel is very close to La Guardia. It is a well-appointed chain experience with refrigerator and microwave, free breakfast in the a.m., and an airport shuttle which runs on the half hour. Dining options are somewhat limited, but the snack in the bar was very tasty.

I needed to be close to the airport and that it is. The little diner restaurant has some pretty good food and the staff were friendly. It was fine for what I needed.

clean Staff attitude is poor, Shutte bus is poorly arranged, I wait for the bus for 1.5 hours and make at least 10 calls to get the bus, The staff, chris is not do his job.

Comfy bed, free wifi, shuttle service to and from the airport. Great receptionist called Christine (Chinese American lady I think) who was so polite and helpful. More protein needed at breakfast. Only boiled eggs and soft cheese. Sausages would have been nice. Slightly overpriced hotel.

Airport shuttle La Guardia staff was unfriendly and annoyed. room smelled horrible, like in a basement. various bugs (alive) were in the bathroom / bath tub. shuttle service is a tricky to locate at the airport. car is claerly marked, but in at the arrival level, there is no clear sign, where to wait for the shuttle.

I didn't like there was no exhaust fan in the tiny bath room. I opened the window found birds were nesting. This is the old Traveler's hotel. Over due for a restoration. I didn't care for the runway at the staircases. Rugs need to be changed and the elevator is from the year of the flood

Helpful staff. I got lost on metro trying to get back to hotel and they coached me back. Also shuttle personnel gave excellent service. Location made it easy to get to Manhattan by bus and Metro. Room very comfortable and would stay again

Staff support to customers. facilities dept need to take more care for rooms' hygiene and cleanliness as we had disturbances form cockroaches throughout night. The front office was informed of this.
