It was very convenient to the airport and the shuttle service was efficient and friendly. Definitely on the seedy side, the second Clarion I've stayed in and this seems to be a pattern. |

The Clarion is the closest Hotel to LaGuardia and has a free 24 hr shuttle to airport. The hotel staff could have been more helpful with information about transportation into the city. The NYC yellow cabs charged us about $20.00 which was $25.00 cheaper than the independent taxi company that they worked with. |

the clarion hotel charged me more than you quoted at least an extra $50 This was the most dirtiest hotel I have stayed in..the dust on the tv the phone and there were lots of hairs in the bathroom. One of the rooms smelt of Cat pee and you could smell this as you walked passed it many complained about the hotel and its hygene I would only recommed it for its location. During my stay the interner facility was not working and one of the night staff were very unhelpful about alternative arrangements |

so close to la guardia airport. yes the front desk person turn off the phone so i could not get in touch wit him, it was about 2am and i needed a wake up call at 5;30am it was crusial otherwise i would have miss my flight, i have to go to the front desk and found him cgatting on his cell with friends, it was very bad service. |

The fact that it was easy to find by car or with the bus. The price was also the key advantage. At breakfast time it would have been good if someone would also clean the table once in a while. The breakfast area was dirty (tables in particular) every morning. In the room the air conditioner was making enough noice to wake us up each time it went on. It was too far from the metro station. |

The staff were extremely nice, helpful, and friendly. We loved the uneven floors, ramps and fun style of the building. The location was handy to the little store, the laundry mat, restaurant, and bus stop, and the airport. Cribs were offered online and we were verbally told two cribs would be brought to our rooms very soon when we arrived, however after several hours and several more requests we were finally told there were no cribs in the entire hotel! Both babies had to sleep on the floor with just an extra blanket. Very frustrating! |

Shuttle service is good and the drivers are friendly and helpful. I took the shuttle to the airport to catch the bus to Manhattan. It is not convenient to the subway station. I paid to have a king-sized bed as stated in my booking. When I checked in, I was given a Full-sized (between a twin and a queen) bed in a very small room. Felt cheated! Since I was there for only a night and I was tired , I just bear with it. I could hear noises of people "making out" in the rooms. For one night stay, it is ok but not more than that |

The staff was very nice and helpful. Also the room was very clean. I would stay at the Clarion Hotel again. I stayed on the first floor and while I was sleeping when people were in the hallways passing my room my door would move. I feel the locks should be a little better so my door wont more. |
