Easy internet access, refrigerator included in room price. La-Z-Boy style recliner in the room was a nice touch. This property was formerly the Debbie Reynolds hotel.
Property exterior and amenities are worn down, however the rooms are nice enough. A fellow guest told me the property is soon slated for demolition.
Like it to relax but it's a sham it's closeing September
It was relatively close to the Strip. Price was good, pretty cheap.
The deco was bad and due for an update. The rug floor in our room had stains. The music at the pool was way too loud and not relaxing at all.
Very old tv, poor reseption .
It was a big 2 king room, standard hotel. Good price for a Friday night.very accommodating!
It was an older hotel, ac was so so, very hot outside.
The Pool and the breakfast
This location is extremely old and in need of updating or tearing down.
Noveal was amazing. Upgraded our room because our son came with us in the same price. She provided info. For our next trip to Grand Canyon and gave us a print out as well. Excellent support and breakfast. Thank you so much.
Not even one complain. 100 recommendation to stay here.
the bus stops closeby and the breakfast.
the curtains and carpet of my room were dirty.
The room was very comfortable as the bed was .
Nothing really. First room I got. Door frame was broken. After getting a replacement room I understood why door frame was broken . It was very hard to open the entrance door. I had to put all my wieght on the door to open. Then trying to close door , I had to slam several time to close the door.
Great staff full of info
Not as picture showed an it is not a casino 6 slots 7/11 has more slots we dont call them a casino
Accomodations were great
Smokey in the lobby from the casino
Price price price!
Actually nothing, given the price.
Air conditioner did not cool the room down enough. It was too hot in that room.
The two king sized beds.
The carpets sorely need replacing.
The hotel was good value for money, had almost everything necessary. Staff were friendly, helpful and trustworthy.
No security deposit box in room, stayed there all week and had no available security deposit boxes which is crazy. Just put one in each room!? Was dated, but cannot complain for the price we paid.
Room smil mail do bad or mattress was uncomfortable Room smil very bad
Good recipitions and and staff
Friendly, capable staff. Easy walk to the convention centre and the Strip. Spacious room.
The public areas seem a bit worn.
very clean free wifi and breakfast
location is at the north end of strip.
The location was pretty good. We like to walk and it was walkable from the hotel to the strip. There was a free continental breakfast and one member of the front staff was friendly and competant.
Our room had a very dirty carpet and grubby upholstered chair. The coffee maker was broken and it took three conversations to get a new machine with appropriate coffee packages. Language problem? The lobby had a shabby feel. Depends how fussy you are. Bed was ok.
The hotel was easy to get to, and it was less than 5 minutes from the nursing facility we were to visit in the morning. Free breakfast is a nice feature. 24 Hour Pool. Friendly Staff.
I was told by staff that since there are no cameras in the fire escape stairs it is ok to smoke on the balcony or in the stairwell. Upon going onto the 'balcony' the fire stair door was destroyed off the hinges. The exterior doors don't need keys to get into. So you can walk off the street, get in the hotel or pool and do whatever you like! Not very safe! The pool 'safety access code' door is easily opened with a business card or plastic in the door jam, opens right up no key needed. There was a group of young adults in the pool area and when we took a look at the pool it was worst case scenario. There appeared to be mucus or semen like substance floating around, and getting stuck on the bottom. Yuck. This hotel was built in 1970, and the remodel happened in 2001. Believe it or not, the windows on the outside were added to make more space for the room. All where the windows were used to be balconys for every room. You can see this by the header board addition on the ceiling. While this might have been nice in 2001, the windows looked like they hadn't been washed since installation and you couldn't even tell they were golden in color like these pictures on here, but rather black with water marks over everything. The windows were so dirty in fact that the hotel put blinds on all the windows so you cant really see out. The room shades are also angular in shape and very difficult to move. I am 6'4" and I felt like if I was any taller I'd have to bend my head down to walk down the hallways. The free breakfast was skimpy. Yogurt, defrosted eggo waffles, milk, juice, cereal, fruit, and some pastry. The hotel lobby, had an adobe type feel and was nice, however the fragrance they use to hide the smells in the lobby is so pungent I could smell the lobby all next day in my nose. I went wandering through the hotel and found most employee areas wide open.
Air condition was not working properly, the who facility smelled like old smoke, old fashion room,
The Clarion hotel is a good alternative to what could be very expensive on the strip but I do feel the the pricing for this 1 night stay was a bit on the expensive side.. it was price like one of the newer hotels. If I had needed two nights I would've stayed at a more updated hotel and casino. So what I did like was that you didn't need a major credit card to book. the wasn't anything outstanding about it
I didn't like the price of the room and I hate to say it but both my partner and I had been freshly bitten. Bed bugs may exist.
Covered parking because of the 100* weather! They did accommodate our request online for quiet room.
Property filthy, out dated, not maintained. We wouldn't have paid the amount for lodging here two nights had we known condition of property.
Nothing although Jeremy at front desk was nice.
Hotel is nasty. Room had mold from leaky roof. Carpet was extremely gross. Wall paper peeling off. Very stinky room. We ended up not staying and asked for refund. Still waiting to see if I actually will get the refund. Do not stay here unless you have just no standards
