The breakfast included in rate - good value for money when you are a family
decoration comfort location facilities coffe service renovation of the whole hotel value
sofa bed old, not comfortable elevator very far motel configuration, not convenient on rainy days!!
Very friendly staff. Large, modern room, comfortable beds, free wifi, free parking. Felt like an upmarket hotel.
About 10 mins drive from centre of Austin.
I was impressed with basically everything. The staff did a good job. Design, colors of pool, lobby trendy business walk way to a good breakfast. The security cameras and ample parking. Entrance canopy that saved us from the HEAVY rain. Live music and full bar/grill attached to hotel. Room was a lil small but overall very nice!!
Although it was late night when we arrived to the hotel, the Front desk attendant looked and responded as if he just woke up. Asked us a couple of odd questions. Other than that and the room rate is little a high.
Bar and grill very poor
Reception staff were excellent.
F1 Grand Prix caused room rate to triple!
Couldn't have asked for anything more. Clean comfortable room. Great Staff. Also the restaurant was much better than what you get at most hotels. Actually were a lot of locals dining there.
Facilities and breakfast good
Asked for an interior door but was given an exterior Door facing pool. Had to ask staff to ask other guests to keep the noise down three times during the night
reasonable breakfast Reasonable location
the bad smell of the carpets in the calidoors.
Very nice hotel. Good value for the money.
spotless constant cleaning, painting and upkeep Go blues bar Great staff $10 inc. tip to downtown via Taxi pool 4 computers in lobby
breakfast was hot but not very good we did Denny's just 100 yards away No in room safe
My daughter and I absolutely loved the breakfast, comfortable beds and overall look of the hotel.
Water pressure was a bit low.
My wife and I were pleasantly surprised with our stay at this Best Western. The rooms were very clean, up to date, and we'll designed.
The staff was professional and friendly upon late night check-in. the room was clean and fresh and look exactly like the picture from the website. Accessibility was safe and secure. Modern decor and atmosphere throughout entire facility. The pool was exceptionally nice and well kept. I would definitely bring my family back.
It would be nice if breakfast hours were extended to 10:00 AM.
Location - few minutes driving until downtown. Great breakfast, even continental Rate
The room was real nice the lobby was real spacious the people there were very friendly The rooms were kept very clean
Over all it was nice but there was a lot of drinking in the pool area and people getting a little rowdy it was a lot of young people there at that time
Rooms were large, location was good. The rooms were clean as well. Location is awesome - there is a 7-11 nearby, and a starbucks across the road. Close to Austin downtown which was very good.
I could hear everything people said in the next room. It was as if they were yelling in my ear. Poor sound insulation. Breakfast was served on styrofoam plates,cups..etc and that was a total turn off. For paying close to $130 a night, I expected much more. Breakfast was average, and I am surprised to see people saying it was excellent. I suppose standards have fallen and we have to come to expect tasteless scambled eggs as acceptable fare - and that too served on styorofoam plates. Coffee served at breakfast was awful.
Clean, great bed with comfortable sheets, clean , clean
Had to make a block around the service road to go where we needed to go. One way streets. Once you figured it out it wasn't so bad .
Convenient location. Attractive, neat, clean.
I liked almost everything abou the hotel. It was very clean and everyone was hospitable. I also liked how close it was to the city.
The only thing I didn't like was my bank account was charged a different amount than what my receipt said.
I like to do my homework before I book anything so I know what to expect. My friend and I who work for an airline decided to take a quick weekend trip to Texas just because we can. We only spent 1 night in this hotel, but it was definitely pleasantly surprising. Location was great, staff was awesome, friendly, and they had a truly Texan feel. The room was very clean and accommodating, and the pool area was clean and pleasant. Breakfast was awesome...they allow you to make your own Belgian waffles in the shape of the state of Texas. I found that particularly amusing. Overall, we had a very nice stay here, though truly short lived.
The only one complaint is navigating the hotel. They give you a map, but you have to be very conscious of where you are in the hotel in conjunction to the lobby and where you parked your car. The layout is long and there are a lot of hallways and exits, when its a short stay it confusing to try and figure it out. Otherwise, thumbs up on this hotel.
Friendly staff Good location for the money Nice room-comfy bed
Poorly planned layout for breakfast buffet Small thing that would be nice-soap dish beside the sink!
Beds were very comfortable-room was cool. A/C worked well. Nice privacy. The staff was very welcoming and helpful!
Bathtub was a little dirty-I didnt bother taking a shower while we were there. The parking lot is not big enough--we drive around the building 3 times looking for a spot to open up!
The layout is nice. The room is good.
When I booked my room three days in advance, I was told my room would be ready at 3pm on my arrival day. When I showe up at 3:30 p.m, I was told my room was not ready and had to wait. I waited untill almost 5 p.m and was told my room was ready. I asked the clerk if I could get a discount or talk to the manager, who was standing right behind him, and said right away no that he could not do anything about it. I was furious but had no option to leave.
Breakfast was ok. Coffee was good. Bed was comfy.
Could not get to room from lobby. No room service that I could find.
