Quality Inn and Suites Williamsburg    

We had a king bed. Awesome bedding and so comfortable. There were only lamps on one side of the room which provided poor lighting for the room. Also, not enough electrical outlets. Very noisy. Can hear noise from above, below and same floor, and very loudly. I love that you are pet friendly, but did not bring my dog this trip.

The bed e mattresses were great.

The motel needs an updated on furnishing. You may also need more cleaning saff they seemed to be overpowered by cleaning and having all the room reay by 4pm

Just about everything. The non smoking room smelled like smoke, wifi wouldn't accommodate our I pads, the heat wasn't working, the room was very cold and the remote wasn't working upon arrival, not adequate enough towels where in the room.

This hotel was clean and well kept. Our room was pleasant and comfortable. We really enjoyed the stay. The front desk staff was very helpful.

The hot breakfast was great!!!

I wanted to take a morning shower and there was no hot water. That was a huge problem for me!

The rooms needed much updating. No lights in the room except for 1 lamp. Beds were not comfy.

I loved everything about my stay. This hotel was do closed to every place we wanted to visit. Minutes away from Busch Gardens, Ripley's Believe It Or Not, Go Karts Plus, all the best places to eat, everything. Our room was clean & spacious, clean towels & sheets. The complimentary breakfast was better than I've received at any of the hotels I've stayed at. This wasnt any ole packaged muffins & stale coffee. Stay here & you'll receive pancakes, French toast, eggs, fresh danish & coffee. Staff was friendly & helpful. The woman working the front desk even helped me book our tickets for Busch Gardens. Everything was pleasant during our vacation

Clean, good location for us north of Williamsburg, microwave and fridge.

The rooms are not very sound proof and the voices of next door neighbors could be easily heard as well as the trains which woke us up more than once.

We did enjoy the Mystery Dinner and the food was so very delicious. I especially liked the soup as did many; I meant to see if there was some left from the same batch that I could buy to take with us. My husband and I loved the lemon cake.

We did not like the filty ottman in the room, we would not even place our shoes on it. There were only 2 tissues in the box, We forgot to ask for another; however, the person who cleaned the room should have notice that the bottom of the box could be seen and replaced it.

Room 106 Bathroom door doesn't latch closed.. Towel racks in Bathroom should be adjacent to Tub and sink, not across room. A light should be at the desk so one can read and write.. Another comfortable chair would be great.

The front desk staff was excellent and very happy to give us directions. Our room was lovely and very clean and neat.

A couple of things needed repaired and it was done promptly and efficiently when we reported it. The price was excellent, as was the breakfast. Liked the closeness to Historic Williamsburg.

Bathroom corners and under the counter needed more than a general mopping.

The main lobby was really nice and pretty.

The main lobby is misleading. The rooms are not as nice, but they served the purpose. Very noisy, could hear everything from neighboring rooms. The sausage in the continental breakfast was not fully cooked.

The accomodations were wonderful, and the management was friendly. They always asked if we needed anything.
