Most of the staff were friendly.

Breakfast had no fruit and no eggs, however it had been promised. I would have preferred to have the tax included initially so that I knew what I would actually be paying. It advertised $44.95/night however we ended up paying about $70. with tax. Not happy. The bike in the fitness center was broken and did not get fixed as promised. The first two mornings the juice and the coffee were watered down.

Wi Fi was poor The "cranberry juice" at breakfast tastes like coloured water.

the grounds were run down. In a age of germ consiousness, did not want to touch any of the entry doors, they were visibly filthy. Windows needed cleaning really bad.

I asked the maid to not spray the "smell good stuff" in the room during my stay. This is not a pleasant chemical for lots of people and is not good for breathing and health.

After reading the other reviews, I was a bit leery of the stay here. My wife and I were pleasently surprised. The room was clean and neat. The carpet was new and the room was freshly painted. Plenty of HOT water and plenty of plush towels. The granite shower and vanity were a nice touch. The staff was accomodating.

The gem show took up most of the parking (Feb 1 - 17) One of our friends had trouble with their room lock. Staff took good care of them. The lock was replaced the next day.

Motel has potential but maintenance is poor. Our room had a large water spot on the corner of the ceiling and down an outer wall, complete with missing plaster and sagging wallpaper. The bathtub was slaippery and treacherous, sloped towards the center and had no anti-slip material. The toilet showed signs of having leaked and not been cleaned up after. Breakfast was minimal and much of its area had been pre-empted by gem show rentals, to the detriment of paying guests. I would not recommend this motel.

The room darkening drapes were good.

My room was NEVER cleaned! I was there 3 days and no one made the bed or emptied the trash or anything. One of the faucets in the bathroom was loose and you could barely turn the water off. thank goodness there were two sinks. The TV channels didn't correspond to the guide on the desk and there was no HBO. Very old TV, not a great picture.

The room was nice with the balcony. Cable was nice and having breakfast in the morning was great.

Your soda machine only have out sprites. You advertise the pool as being open, and it was not. Our toilet didn't work half the time. And your hotel is advertised say being traveler friendly and close to places, which it was not

It was a nice room.

We had a hard time finding wher to park. to we had to go to the office again to ask .I have RA and can't walk very far distance.
