The room smell like cigarretes
It was a very pleasant and relaxing place. The breakfast was great.
Wifi worked really good
The entire set up was bad. Hotel has a bad smell, employees were cussing and arguing, television channels were really bad, shuttle availability wasn't offered. Will not stay there again
Bed was comfort pool was clean play area was clean
the smell when you first walk in the hotel The hotel need to replace their carpet in the hallways.
I liked the cleanliness of the pool and spa.
No refrigerator, microwave or elevator! We were told you had to request a refrigerator if you wanted one in your room. The advertisement states hot breakfast..A lie..It is waffles and boiled eggs and the eggs smelled bad, like they were left over from the day before, when we ask for fresh ones, the lady said that she had no more. The restaurant that was attached to the hotel, that was suppose to serve breakfast Was NOT serving breakfast..Even though the hotel had a sign at the entrance that advertised such!! There was metal sticking out of the side of the bed and I cut my leg. I was told that the maids move the beds when they make them and do not tell any one!! Two people in our party had to move because the A/C was not working..NEVER AGAIN!!!
room where lacking in cleans,i have pictures to prove pool my young daughter said tasted like pee so she got out. i would love to show u pictures
availability of the pool. poor hours
The fact it has a shuttle bus to take you around to certain places.
The smell and the carpet over the whole hotel. Refrigerate was broken also the microwave. Kids running around all types of night without being supervised.
Location of the Hotel Cleanliness of the room The Continental Breakfast
Unpleasant smells and untidy corridors on the backside of the hotel The safe was not functional or repaired during my stay The doors of the closet were off-track and not repaired during my stay The wait time to hear from the front desk staff No maintenance person on site for repairs No clean towels available in the exercise room, even after making a request and using the facility Problems checking into and out of the hotel
You get what you pay for. For a budget trip to check out the dc area it was sufficient. Different, the Fun dome is the pool area inclosed. The free breakfast isn't anything special but it's free.
We had no outside window, only a window inside the fun dome. otherwise it was decent for the money.
Everything from rooms to the surrounding inside the stinging poor cleaning.
I did not like the way the rooms are set up....they are around an enclosed pool and it is noisy!
It was a nice place overall.
The bed was a little too soft for me. Listening to two employees screaming at one another in the office outside of the lobby for about 20 minutes.
Staff was nice. Place was clean and quiet.
It was stuffy it seemed that it lacked ventilation
Professional clerks at the front desk; quick and knowledgeable.
Very old facilities; shower, bathroom floor and grout. Entrance door did not seal against framework.
It was quiet and in a good location.
The beds were a bit hard and outdated
Didn't like anything.
Had problem with access to the room which was located in the far corner of the building. The security lock did not work and was not fixed while I stayed at the hotel.
Great price. comfortable bed, nice pool with great friendly lifeguard. Restaurant food was tasty but slow service. Would go back
No refrigerator - should be a basic. Some of the facility needs updating, outer doors are not all functioning.
The loud club next door and the three differant people having sex in the pool area and breakfast area
pool and free shuttle to metro station
Entire place was from 1980 with no updates. carpeting was Old and dirty. security locks were not there on most common doors.
When booked I thought I would have microwave and fridge. Was told at the front desk that those are first come even though I booked two months ago. Our room didn't get cleaned. Limited pool hours.
Price was great.
the hotel reeked of clorine, the "gameroom" they advertise consists of a pool table, foosball table and a putting green w/2 clubs and 1 ball, pool is only available for limited night time hours... I was traveling with 2 young children and all of this was disappointing... but the worst part about the visit was the noise! There was a party/banquet on the premises that was so loud I felt like I was trying to sleep in a nightclub. I complained at 10:50 pm, and again at midnight... nothing was done. I spoke with 2 rude employees and a "security guard" who was lounging on the lobby sofa watching tv. They offered to move me to another room (with a 2 & 4 yr old). The entire hotel was bouncing with the base beat of the party. I guarantee there was no quiet room in that hotel. Finally at 1:00 am I had to call 911 to report a noise disturbance... I maybe fell asleep at 3:00 am. I would NEVER return to this hotel and after this visit my significant other has banned me from making reservations.
the rooms were clean, nice furniture and tv, comfy bed!
The room rate, location of the room and the free breakfast was ok.
Our last night was terrible. Parking was an issue, we had to check with the front desk. Extremely noisy until 2am, loud band and students outside our door...miserable. The front desk lady never asked us about our stay. It's too bad as the 1st two nights were great. We will have to look elsewhere next time :(
