parking was handy. good location for the staples centre. 20 min walk.
fitness centre wasn't good. tiny, no real weights & the light was on a timer, so if your still for a minute they turn off. 1st room had a bad smell, but they changed it no problem.

Bad swimming pool, I haven't seen any hotel guests use it. Worn out hotel infrastructure. The location of the hotel is central but it is close to koreatown distant from public transports.
We were not able to sleep on our last day of stay due to a malfunctioning aircon. A facility personnel could only provide an electic fan for the night. Before someone helped us, we tried to call the front desk at around 1am nobody is answering the phone so that my wife has to go down to report the problem but the man at the front desk is sleeping and cannot be awaken. There is likewise a lady waking her up for almost an hour who is billeted at room 206. Upon checking out in the morning, they can only say sorry for the inconvenience and hand me my receipt.
I enjoyed the location and the cleanliness of the rooms.
We ordered a cot that never came to the room. I called to check up on it and someone said they'd get right on it, but forgot. We called back later for about 20 minutes before someone brought us a cot.

We booked a room the day before and the next day the staff at reception was searching for our booking for a very long time. There were no covers for pillows in our room and 3 of big towels were dirty. So we had to solve these problems. There were lot of ants around the slink area and in the toilet room.

We were very close to Staples center which was what we wanted. The room was a decent size and the fridge came in handy.
The hotel had a tiny elevator, appears very outdated and the staff is not especially helpful. Parking is also not very convenient.
Staff was friendly and accommodating.
I wish the fitness room wasn't under construction during my visit.

Location is central
Hotel is filthy, nothing works, staff do not care in the slightest. If you arrive early, staff will "look after" your luggage by leaving it unattended in the middle of the foyer. Toilets don't work. No hot water. Staff enter room without knocking and ignore guests in the room. Staff took towels from our room to give to another guest. Advertised facilities are not made available because staff don't feel like dealing with it. (24 hour business centre never open, so you can't print boarding passes, and they won't open it on request) Front desk staff will walk away from you mid-sentence. Location is high crime, very unsafe. Quite possibly the worst hotel I have ever had the misfortune to stay in. Would not stay here again even if you paid me.

Staff were pleasant. Worked quickly to resolve malfunctioning A/C unit in our room. When unable to fix it, front desk offered another room without hesitation.
I booked a room for one night through Kayak and made a phone call to the hotel that I would like to extend my reservation to two nights. The front desk person told me it was done and my reservation was for two nights. I arrived the hotel at 10:30 am on the day of my reservation and was told that the room was not ready yet and they could check in my bag and asked me to come back later. I came back at 10 pm that night and the other front desk person told me my room was gone!!!!!!! 10 pm, single girl in los Angeles down town with no room to stay in. I even did not get an apology. The front desk person said it was not her that told me that my room was there. I asked her to give me contact info of the person who worked in the morning, she refused. I asked her to call her manager, and she just texted when she could call her. She kept saying that there was not so much they could do. I had to be responsible for their fault. Please do not stay with them. The service is so bad, and they do not take responsibility of their fault and they try everything to make themselves look good instead of helping their customers. IT was such a BIG mistake that I chose them. I have never had a worse experience!
