    We were very close to Staples center which was what we wanted. The room was a decent size and the fridge came in handy.

    The hotel had a tiny elevator, appears very outdated and the staff is not especially helpful. Parking is also not very convenient.

    the housekeeping staff are nice. Also, the front desk staff are helpful. Very quiet environment. Furthermore, very strategic location ( downtown, near USC and public transportation )

    very dangerous area "especially after midnight", insect problems (i.e. Ants and Giant Cockroaches)

    Location is central

    Hotel is filthy, nothing works, staff do not care in the slightest. If you arrive early, staff will "look after" your luggage by leaving it unattended in the middle of the foyer. Toilets don't work. No hot water. Staff enter room without knocking and ignore guests in the room. Staff took towels from our room to give to another guest. Advertised facilities are not made available because staff don't feel like dealing with it. (24 hour business centre never open, so you can't print boarding passes, and they won't open it on request) Front desk staff will walk away from you mid-sentence. Location is high crime, very unsafe. Quite possibly the worst hotel I have ever had the misfortune to stay in. Would not stay here again even if you paid me.

    Nothing worth to spend on this hotel. Yeah, they have free parking & WIFI

    Staffs were not helpful, WIFI was very slowly! The price comparing with the provided service is very high!

    Staff were pleasant. Worked quickly to resolve malfunctioning A/C unit in our room. When unable to fix it, front desk offered another room without hesitation.

    Nothing

    I booked a room for one night through Kayak and made a phone call to the hotel that I would like to extend my reservation to two nights. The front desk person told me it was done and my reservation was for two nights. I arrived the hotel at 10:30 am on the day of my reservation and was told that the room was not ready yet and they could check in my bag and asked me to come back later. I came back at 10 pm that night and the other front desk person told me my room was gone!!!!!!! 10 pm, single girl in los Angeles down town with no room to stay in. I even did not get an apology. The front desk person said it was not her that told me that my room was there. I asked her to give me contact info of the person who worked in the morning, she refused. I asked her to call her manager, and she just texted when she could call her. She kept saying that there was not so much they could do. I had to be responsible for their fault. Please do not stay with them. The service is so bad, and they do not take responsibility of their fault and they try everything to make themselves look good instead of helping their customers. IT was such a BIG mistake that I chose them. I have never had a worse experience!

    We had both the chance to Drive Through Broadway north and taste all the Chinese good Food. We also discover along The West Olympic bouvelard all the Asian spices same , like in Korea, enjoy very much S.Korean Cuisine.

    The carpet all throughout the hotel is too old and worn out and the smell and dirt is showing

    They canceled my reservations an hour after i booked it with my card so i had to go to another one the front desk guy was so rude.

    The customer service there was horrible

    I like the ambiance. It is near to groceries where you can find your local need and also near to restaurants. What I like most is, it has the microwave oven that you can reheat your leftovers or dine out foods. It really make feel like home. Ramada Inn is like my own house. Thank you

    What I didn't like? None.

    The free parking is great considering other hotels in the area charge $30-$40.

    The wifi is uselessly, unbearably slow. I had a hard time using it an eventually gave up on it.

    free shampoo available gym (very very small but with TV and AC)

    only cold water in the evening internet always down a few hours a day strong smell in the room bed sheets not clean and torn room cleaning not reliable (one day I came very late into the room and had only blank pillows with no sheets, but operator told me they have no one to fix it now and I need to wait until tomorrow morning 9am) lobby operators "forgot" to tell us that the taxi is waiting outside

    The shower head was great, water got really hot. Free parking with an extra lot across the street. Pretty quiet overall.

    The AC was too cold, but when it would "click off" at our temperature it would get very hot and stuffy. Location was farther from the Convention center than we were lead to believe. Only ice machine was on 2nd floor. Elevator was tiny.

    Good place and helpful staff.

    Housekeeping good but lacked directions. So sometimes there was no cups etc. Breakfast was extremely limited

    I really enjoyed the Korean feel and the bar as its not what you would expect from a Ramada and I was pleased to see some individuality at that type of hotel chain!!! I think they should all be a little more regional!!

    The elevator was small and smelly. The parking gate didn't work so I had to call for them to open it

    Staff very helpful & friendly.

    Always waiting for towels. No jacuzzi. Small pool. WiFi didn't work well.

    I was pleased with the quietness of the room.

    I think WiFi access should be included in the room charge. In this day and age WiFi should not be considered an optional extra cost item. I didn't like the smoking in the patio areas. It prevented me from using them.
