Leaving the place and administrators.
Parking personnel; room door did not open/close as the door was too big..
Very comfortable and very good service. I had walked from three hotels that night due to extremely poor service, Hollywood inn express and Normandy being two of them. I was welcomed, kept safe and comfortable at this ramada. Hard to find at a reasonable price in LA, I found it here
Very close to LA Convention Center, the Staples Center, LA Live, and other downtown points of interest. Reasonable rates considering the location.
A bit noisy at times but overall OK. Only one working ice machine in entire hotel.
Martin A. the manager was very helpful and knowledgeable.
Location/neighborhood isn't great. It is close to downtown, but not possible to walk.
parking was handy. good location for the staples centre. 20 min walk.
fitness centre wasn't good. tiny, no real weights & the light was on a timer, so if your still for a minute they turn off. 1st room had a bad smell, but they changed it no problem.
Central location in LA. Plenty of car parking space. Good WiFi connection. USA today newspaper for free
Bad swimming pool, I haven't seen any hotel guests use it. Worn out hotel infrastructure. The location of the hotel is central but it is close to koreatown distant from public transports.
We were not able to sleep on our last day of stay due to a malfunctioning aircon. A facility personnel could only provide an electic fan for the night. Before someone helped us, we tried to call the front desk at around 1am nobody is answering the phone so that my wife has to go down to report the problem but the man at the front desk is sleeping and cannot be awaken. There is likewise a lady waking her up for almost an hour who is billeted at room 206. Upon checking out in the morning, they can only say sorry for the inconvenience and hand me my receipt.
I enjoyed the location and the cleanliness of the rooms.
We ordered a cot that never came to the room. I called to check up on it and someone said they'd get right on it, but forgot. We called back later for about 20 minutes before someone brought us a cot.
breakfast very poor elevator too small you dont expect somebody to open your door at 0600hrs. for room service
They helped us when getting a taxi for the airport. The service was very serious and has a very good price
The pool could be nicer, i mean, should have palm trees and other stuff for decorating the place
Rate is fine
Location to downtown Free parking
Had to wake the clerk who sleeping at the desk when I was ready to check out Even though there were 4 people in the room we only rec'd 2 towels at a time
Location is near to Nokia Theater
A bit expensive
We booked a room the day before and the next day the staff at reception was searching for our booking for a very long time. There were no covers for pillows in our room and 3 of big towels were dirty. So we had to solve these problems. There were lot of ants around the slink area and in the toilet room.
Parking,one old elevator
I like the room I never stay king suite very nice we love it..
The only thing we didn't like they never mention about free breakfast I noticed until I went to check out.
Took Extra Charges we weren't informed off, staff was rude and uninformative
We were very close to Staples center which was what we wanted. The room was a decent size and the fridge came in handy.
The hotel had a tiny elevator, appears very outdated and the staff is not especially helpful. Parking is also not very convenient.
Staff was friendly and accommodating.
I wish the fitness room wasn't under construction during my visit.
location parking secure
neighborhood behind hotel kindof scary the need to replace carpeting on stairs and in halls
the housekeeping staff are nice. Also, the front desk staff are helpful. Very quiet environment. Furthermore, very strategic location ( downtown, near USC and public transportation )
very dangerous area "especially after midnight", insect problems (i.e. Ants and Giant Cockroaches)
Location is central
Hotel is filthy, nothing works, staff do not care in the slightest. If you arrive early, staff will "look after" your luggage by leaving it unattended in the middle of the foyer. Toilets don't work. No hot water. Staff enter room without knocking and ignore guests in the room. Staff took towels from our room to give to another guest. Advertised facilities are not made available because staff don't feel like dealing with it. (24 hour business centre never open, so you can't print boarding passes, and they won't open it on request) Front desk staff will walk away from you mid-sentence. Location is high crime, very unsafe. Quite possibly the worst hotel I have ever had the misfortune to stay in. Would not stay here again even if you paid me.
Nice staff at desk
Cold shower Moldy AC vents
