Nice rooms

Slow service at Paragon Grill (restaurant). Food not the greatest.

it is great to open the balcony and sleep with the sound of the waves!

Access to Boston. Very clean!

I stay there when I have to go to the hospital every other month. This was my third time staying at the resort and I've loved it every time. Great food, great staff and always beautiful!

The front desk clerk helped me find the place when I was unclear about my directions. The fridge worked. The children enjoyed the pool.

The room had a damaged sink and security feature. We could hear the people walking around above us and it interfered with sleeping. We could hear the neighbors arguing as well. The alarm clock was not set properly and was hard to use. There were no balcony chairs. There were only two chairs in the room for 4 people and one had broken springs.

The shower head was pretty weak. Had to rinse hair under the tub faucet.

That everyone was super friendly & made you so comfy!

Room - fireplace, king bed, bathroom, closet space, microwave, fridge, coffeemaker - great touches Staff - You could tell that everyone on the staff was really trying to please. Even during the Boston terrorism, they were still upbeat and friendly. Even cleaning staff and other non-front desk staff really tried to be polite and friendly. View Amenities Restaurant - had a delicious meal on Friday night. Clean Overall pros far outweighed the cons We had a very nice weekend there

The area around the hotel was a little run down Road noise does compete some with the sound of the ocean Walls of room are a little thin and floors a bit creaky Restaurant needs more room for breakfast - long long lines waiting to get in on Sat morning Partial view on inside of hotel - can't keep curtain open because you look right onto opposite balconies (Hotel is U shaped)

We liked the hotel very much, our room gave us much pleasure, the view to the ocean and the fireplace. We liked also to walk by the beach. The staff was very nice and helpful. The restaurant was excellent with very good food. It was easy to visit Boston from there.

Everything! It's our home away from home.We go there all the time to visit our children living in Hull.

We went to the Paragon for breakfast and it was great Megan was wonderful! However, we went to dinner one night with 6 of us (including two children) and it took 1 1/2 hours to get our plates! I don't recall out waitress, but the kitchen staff was definitely out to lunch. They burned a pizza, etc.It was a harrowing evening!

The restaurants were spectacular. Best food ever! Our room was upgraded at check-in without a request.

There was no water in the cooler in the fitness center when I went one day. I asked that it be replenished, but no one attended to it during my 45 minute workout.

Paragon Grille had great food at great prices. Gorgeous seaside views. Nice Gym. Indoor pool a nice touch. Lovely gas fireplace in each room. Overall worth the price off season, plan to go back.

Staff were not very knowledgeable about their own hotel. Noise level from hallway an issue. Pool water a little green Shower water pressure disappointing

Its convenient for our purposes.

Partial Ocean view obscured by salt spray coated sliding doors. Bright lights shining all night long. TV not equipped for add ons. Water pressure is too restricted--30 seconds to completely wet a wash cloth !

It took me 15mn to find my room of the lobby I took the elevator than the stairs than I had to walk for 6mn around all corners it was hidden so far away .... And it wasn't enough spot to park my car so I had to park it on the street and walk an other 8mn to the hotel it was terrible with the cold I won't do it again thank you

The cleanliness of the Resort. The staff was outstanding, friendly, and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend the resort.
