Perfect location,right in the middle of Manhattan,close to everything that was of interest of us like MoMa,Central Park,Metropolitan Museum,Battery Park,Broadway etc and a lot of amenities like super market,pharmacy,bank and restaurants just across the street. 1)Can you tell me whether it makes sense having to ask if I can use my telephone room?2)These rooms are for normal people or for hobbits?Cause if you are over 12 you will have a serious space problem! |

Room was clean, well appointed, renovated. Staff was friendly and I got a free upgrade. Great location. The only complaint was that the hot water was not quite hot enough. |

The Clarion Hotel is in a very good location for sightseeing and shopping in New York. A subway station is approx 100 yds away and the empire state building is just a few minutes walk. Park avenue feels very safe even late at night. The inclusive continental breakfast was quite basic but provided a good start to the day whilst catching up with world news etc on the large t. The rooms are a little small and the bathroom would be quite restrictive to a large person. The bath was very small also. Shouldnt be a problem to tourists spending most of their time out of the hotel. |

Excellent -- well exceeded my expectations. It was even better because I got such an outstanding deal through booking.com. No. Absolutely loved it. Helpful/friendly staff, free continental breakfast, clean. Everything was fantastic. |

They couldn't find our reservation, I explained I worked in the hotel biz and didn't want a GNS charge for the reservation seeing they gave us another room, they assured me they wouldn't and of course did anyway. This has tied up my rent money and is the worst hotel experince I have had in a long time. I will not be recomending your site or this hotel |

Situation was ok, breakfast too there was a person at the reception that should consider changing the job, the person was partly the reason why we changed hotel, room was too small if you have two pieces of luggage |
