Hotellin sijainti on loistava: kävellen pääsee lähes kaikkialla Manhattanilla. Hotelli mainostaa sivuillaan, että se tarjoaa deluxe -aamiaista. Aamiainen oli kuitenkin vaatimaton.Kaipasimme vihanneksia ja enemmän erilaisia leipiä. Myös leikkeleet puuttuivat tyystin. Lisäksi hotellin äänieristys oli huono. |

Excellent location, friendly staff, small but cozy rooms. Heating does not work in any room. I recommend this hotel only in summer, avoid in winter. |

Location was very good and staff friendly and helpful, especially Nabil. Rooms were very small and windows faced immediately onto wall (we were moved from one room but 2nd room was similar). There was no space to put suitcase in closet. |

Most of the staff went out of their way to help and make it a very pleasant stay. The only negative about the hotel was the indifference of the young lady at the front desk. All the staff was extremely nice and helpful but not once did the girl at the desk answer a question with any answer but " I don't know." She did not try to help anyone - a comment another guest made. She spent her time on personal calls. |

Excellent location a few steps from 28th St subway on Line 6, clean, comfortable beds. Flat screen tv, free wi-fi and continental breakfast included in the price. Good value for New York. Rooms and bathrooms very small. One room, though larger, looked out on to a brick wall so no natural daylight. Narrow corridors, one small elevator. Breakfast room very crowded at times. These are very minor quibbles - overall we were very satisfied with the hotel and would definately stay there again. |
