The hotel offers free hot breakfast (scrambled eggs, fries, bacon, pancakes; opens at 6:30), free WiFi (I confirm it worked), free motel-style parking in front of the room. Also it is 8 mins walking from San Jose light rail station. Some rooms face interstate freeway and therefore are noisy. Rooms are small. If you are puzzled with the cupboard containing TV and have trouble squeezing yourself between the bed and the open doors of the cupboard, just push the doors when they are open, they will slide inside along the walls of the cupboard, so you will be able to simultaneously watch TV and move around your room. |

I liked the location of the hotel, the buffet breakfast, and proxity to various eating establishments. They did not have the 2 queen beds in my room that I requested at the time of eservation. The fruits at the breakfast buffet were not fresh. |

The walls seemed to be a bit 'thin' and could hear the people next door quite easily...more insulation would be nice... |

A free shuttle service was provided between the airport and the hotel, staff were friendly and helpful when contacted by phone, complementry wi-fi internet access carpet does not feel too clean, a little far away from the tram station (a back gate to the hotel grounds would have helped a lot) |

How pleasant the staff was, very clean facilities, and conveniently connected to the airport (courtesy shuttle) and downtown (light train). Restaurant was closed on Sunday. |

L'accès Internet en wifi depuis les chambres, le café dans le hall d'accueil. Les chambres sont tous en rez-de-chaussée avec accès direct sur la rue ou le parking. La plupart du temps il y a du passage juste devant la fenêtre et la porte, et beaucoup de bruit. |

Un des critères de choix était internet disponible gratuitement dans toutes les chambres, ce n'était pas le cas, le réseau était en panne ou semblait fortement sous dimensioné. Cela n'a pas été résolu durant la semaine de notre séjour. |

L'hotel est très propre, les chambres spacieuses, les petits déjeuners copieux!Un très bon motel. Les avions relativement proches, mais cela n'est pas génant car l'aéroport n'a pas un trafic très important |
