Score from 435 reviews Wonderful
Located 3 blocks South of the Seatac airport, 20 minutes from downtown Seattle, and 10 minutes from major shopping areas, the Days Inn Seatac is the ideal location to accommodate all of your travel...
Score from 104 reviews Good
The pool was not busy, the room was clean and what I expected, and the train to Downtown Seattle was a short walk from the Hotel.
Web sight said there was a hot tuba me free Continental breakfast... No Hot tube No continental breakfast No mini fridge For the price I should had looked in to other hotels
The bed was comfortable.
They're undergoing a remodel. Most of the rooms have fixtures and furniture a at least thirty years old. Aesthetically unpleasant.
No continental breakfast
Staff is very friendly and its a comfortable atmosphere
Person who checked people in was very rude. Couple in front of us were Japanese and staff member was dismissive of their questions and openly "annoyed" at their lack of understanding English.
Great location. Great cost. Great room. Clean. Comfortable. Friendly staff.
It's dated with peeling wallpaper. Not a destination hotel.
It's cheap and clean and you can walk to the airport. For an overnight crash between flights it's perfect.
pillows were new
Cheap furnishings and decor, somewhat depressing older building. The nosiest (newly installed) window heater/air conditioner I have ever endured - had to be left off in order to sleep.
helpful, friendly staff and a very clean room
renovations to the front of the building was not in the ad
The bathroom was a little iffy. Scrub the floor occasionally!
The location is minutes from the major light rail for the airport. No way to miss it.
1. Needs a general upgrading 2. Lobby is in an awkward location at the back of the building
1. Convenient location 2. Walking distance to the airport 3. Clean, quiet accommodation 4. Reasonable price
facility could use some upgrades.
No refrigerator in the room and staff weren't very helpful in solving the problem. I would've paid more money. She just kept saying that this economy priced room doesn't get one. I paid $218.00 for 2 nights!
Our room was close to an exit.
Noise transmission between rooms resulted in a disturbed night for both of us
The breakfast, paid for French toast and it was not cooked. One side was slightly cooked the other not al all. Get a real chef.
We had an extremely difficult time just trying to open the door...we were told the door frames had been painted and some were sticking or basically impossible to get into the room. We were told the problem would be fixed...it never was. Our room #260. This is the only problem we had.
The convenience is perfect..the staff was helpful...the price is right
no breackfast no coffee in lobby
Close and conveniently located to the airport and public transport to Seattle. Free shuttle to and from the airport provided.
The hotel has a free airport shuttle that nobody from the staff informed us about. We left very early, so it would have been useful to know about this, especially after we realized that the overpass to the airport was closed at that hour, so that we couldn't walk there. We had to walk all the way back to the hotel with all our bags and were very stressed that we would miss our flight. Our room was right next to the guest laundry and the ice machine so it was also very noisy all night long. The hotel could also definitely use a refurbishment..
The only thing that makes this hotel worth staying at is that it is close to the airport.
Location and value
being charged twice on my Visa credit card by the hotel staff who couldn't understand basic communications and follow up phone calls were dreadful. I asked that the manager call me twice which never happened.
Terrible breakfast Second Class Atmosphere
Proximity to Light Rail station Bed was comfortable Shuttle Service
very dated and somewhat rundown. Motel like feel.
proximity to airport
Only the main entryway looked decent. Dark hallways, dated rooms. I got several bug BITES on my shoulders and ankles during the night. I was worried about that just from looking at the room, so had already flipped back blanket and sheets and shook pillow, to no avail. I couldn't take it so I left at 5am.
Front desk help was pleasant
