Every morning the same breakfast
Staff was friendly Location was great
No parking burn marks in my bathtub refrigerator didn't work not what i expected for price of rooms
location,it near adventure island.many restaurants nearby.th outlet is 15 min drive.
the hotel is a little bit old.the bed is uncomfortable, the room is not clean.it is somekind of wet.a bad smell in the room.
The hotel and rooms are specious and clean. The front desk is exceptional and very friendly. Its location and parking are what drivers should expect during a long stay in mile drive to the Universal Studios area. Lots of restaurants close by.
The not-included breakfast is very poor though.
No continental breakfast
Staff was friendly
Kinda musty smelling in the room.
Wi-fi was really fast and was free. The free shuttle to various theme parks was a plus. The staff was friendly and helped answer any questions I had. Both check-in and check-out were very fast and efficient. The free on-site parking was good and I was happy to not have to worry about my vehicle.
The breakfast was overpriced for the quality of the food. The water in the bathroom smelled kind of weird (I am not sure if this is all of Orlando). The bathroom fan did not do much but make a lot of noise. One of the room lamps flickered all night even though it was turned off. The hallway lights are very bright and light came into the room from under/around the front door at night.
The location of this hotel is fantastic if you plan on visiting Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure. It is easy to find, and the park is literally so close you could walk there. The grounds are very well kept and the lobby is beautiful. The pillows were very comfortable and the shower was great! The bathroom was quite spacious and the separate sink and mirror outside of the bathroom (in addition to the one in the bathroom) was wonderful - makes it easy for more than one person to get ready for the day at one time. The fridge was great, and the microwave worked quite well. I would certainly recommend this hotel!
The only complaint I have about this hotel was the stiffness of the bed. I am a person who does not have any back problems or otherwise... but this bed was not the easiest to fall asleep on. I do not normally toss and turn at night, but I did quite a few times while trying to fall asleep on this bed.
Upgraded for 10 $ to a suite, room was very large and clean, good wifi, close to all the parks, free parking. Would stay there again but in a longer bed. Pool was open til 11 pm, hat two different hot tubs and provide extra towls for pool. All in all nice stay!
The bed was too short! I'm a rather short person but my feet would already stick out if I didn't lay with my head right at the headboard of the bed. It was ok for only one night but not for more.
you can find everything you need inside the hotel
late parking; no space to park, but help from security
The location of the hotel is the only thing that stands out above competitors.
Basic, vanilla hotel. It seems a bit rundown.
Beds, hot water, tv
Location, price and amenities.
Not enough parking if your arriving late at night. I had to park along a curb because there were no spots open.
Good location for amusement parks.
Hotel trying to sell time share as part of welcome package.
I liked that they had two jacuzzis and that although they were supposed to close the jaccuzis at 11, the security officer let us stay as long as we wished.
I did not like that when I checked in the guy at the front desk did not tell me the price that was going to be charged to my credit card and I didn't ask because I obviously booked on booking.com and was told it would be $77. However, they charged $201 to my credit card. I went back to the front desk after checking my bank account and they fixed it. Had I not checked they would have kept an extra $124. So I was very dissatisfied about that.
very good location.
the halls were not perfectly cleaned. The shower was not on perfect working conditions (the pressure of water was not good and water temperature was not able to be graduated)
Very friendly staff. The pool was nice, decent size and location, but chairs and covered area could use a update. Nice rooms.
Not able to check in early. No free coffee or water in lobby. Beware of unlicensed taxi cabs- they will over charge you. Check for meters and photo licenses on display in cars.
Perfect location for Universal and outlets. Wet&Wild is almost next door. A few places to eat close by walk. Small pool but enough. Clean in general and the room is what you see in the pics. More than enough if you are not looking for luxury. Free parking very good. Free wifi is ok. There is also 2 PC and a printer for guests. A market inside the facility to get what you need.
Noisy neighboors and paper thin walls which make you feel you are staying all together with the other room quests. We had a standart room with 2 full bed but the bed is not good enough for 2 people to fit in. Very narrow and uncomfortable for a couple. There is concierge service for parks which sounds about 100 dolars cheaper but to earn that discount you have to join another hotel's presentation for 2 hours. It is up to you to spend 2 hours to see another hotel for future holidays, just be informed this is how it works. We didn't do that.
Fairly nice hotel including pool and hot tubs. Good facilities. Friendly staff (mostly)
A bit of a walk away from I Drive but not too far. The bar/restaurant was pretty average. Always seemed to be empty and kiddies TV show playing loudly on the TV. Breakfast not included in price.
When checked in at night got to the room and looked clean ,however when I pulled off the blanket there was lots of hair. When I checked around the bed there was someone's sneakers left behind. In the bathroom when lifted the toilet seat it was dirty. When I checked out I told the front desk the lady took off our resort fee $10 and gave us free brunch passes value of $9.99 per person. The buffet was very simple ok. I thought they would have done more considering we checked in Thursday night and checked out Sunday morning. I did not want maid service because I felt I could clean my room better than the staff did. I did not complain when I first arrived, all the other hotels were full, and my husband was on a long time vacation due and did not want to complicate things so I just cleaned up the before he could see we where sleeping in a room for three days that was not cleaned properly. By the way I gave the front desk the size 10 sneakers that where left behind. So if you lost your sneakers the front desk has them.
I love the location of the hotel close to all the theme parks and restaurant. Facility very nice, always receive great service from room attendant and receptionist. My kids love to play at the pool, so far I would recommend to friend and family.
First day check in to the hotel, our bed got hairs on it and the carpet not very clean. The room a little warm in day time. Price a little high for a week stay compare to the same rate hotel.
Pool..hot tubs..and rooms..very nice
The location was great.
the staff was very rude upon check-in, the hotel charges a 50.00 resort fee that was a surprise( good thing I wasn't on a tight budget) the room stunk badly. The ceilings had bad patch work done and the washing machines flooded with no one there to clean up the mess. The parking was terrible due to enterprise rental cars taking up most of the parking so paying hotel guests had to park far away from the entrances.
