i made a mistake in mine reservation did book it one day to early. they didn't let me pay for that mistake, they just chanced the date. |

Fast and objective check-in and check-out, no problems. I was tricked to this hotel by Booking.com that said they had a shuttle to and from the Airport. Not true. That really got me upset. That was the only problem. |

Confort, clean, close to Universal Studios, just in front of Wet n´ Wild, close to Prime Outlet, internet, friendy staff. I had to pay for my breakfast, its not included. But its not a reason not to go to this hotel. I extremely recommend it. |

Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung (I-Ride, kostenloser Shuttleservice zu Universal Parks, Hotelparkplätze). Kostenloser Internetzugang über 2 PCs, hilfreiches Rezeptionspersonal, ausreichend Infomaterial. Supermarkt (für Frühstück) und Steakhouse in Laufnähe. Angeschlossenes Restaurant nicht empfehlenswert (einziger Anbieter Frühstück). Badausstattung ist nicht die neueste (wackelnde Duscharmaturen, abgenutzte Wanne), schlechte Beleuchtung, laute Lüftung. Für Disney muss extra Shuttle gebucht werden! |

Os funcionários do hotel são realmente atenciosos e prestativos. A falta de limpeza das toalhas do banheiro foi um ponto bem negativo. Em três dias diferentes tivemos que 'descartar' toalhas sujas colocadas em nosso quarto. Os banheiros também precisam muito de uma boa reforma. |

Verblijf hier was geboekt om even van de jetlag te bekomen alvorens de huur auto op te halen en verder te reizen. Hiertoe voldeed dit hotel uitstekend. Personeel war voorkomend, gaf hulp als daarom gevraagd werd en liet je met rust als je dat niet deed. |
