    Shuttle to airport, location

    Bathroom not fully cleaned (toilet not flushed), Lock on room door would not work.

    Wonderful staff.

    There was no elevator although it is two store building.

    Close to airport, bartender was charming and burger was good.

    Bathrooms were very old and not very clean . Tub was slow to drain while taking a shower ... Yuck .

    Staff was friendly, patient, helpful, knowledgable

    Wifi was unstable. Lost signal often. Staff stated might have been due to fact hotel was full to capacity.

    Friendly staff, restaurant open late, great service, clean!

    I was on the second floor & there is no elevator to take luggage up.

    Parking pkg No one told us we would have to drive to lot. Other hotels we have stayed in have parking at hotel and arranged transportation to airport for us. Hotel also needs updating

    The extraordinary king bed with extra pillows

    I did not know that a call was necessary for shuttle service from the airport and waited longer than anticipated.

    Location, location, location. The driver of the hotel shuttle to the airport went the extra mile to help me face challenges owing to my disability.

    The front door staff never made the wake-up call I asked for when I checked in. So, I missed breakfast and would have missed the hotel shuttle if the driver and a morning staff member had not gone the extra mile to help me get to the shuttle. After 21 hours of travel and another 5 to go, not being able to take a shower or get breakfast was disheartening.

    The convenience, all of the above answered questions.

    We booked the hotel online and thought we were getting the usual stay and park included.We had stayed there before and that was the deal. We had booked through a travel agent. Apparently, according to your staff you have to tick a little box that we obviously didn't see, in order to get the parking included. So there was no deal and turned out to be an expensive unexpected expense. Because of that I would not recommend your hotel to others.

    The hotel was well run and the staff was friendly. The room was a good value and I would stay there again.

    The layout of the hotel was confusing and the shuttle drivers were ok but not great or timely.

    Staff weren't professional to each other. Rooms have no soundproofing so VERY noisy at night, could not sleep. I had asked for a quiet room, they did not accommodate the request.

    Very efficient shuttle service to and from airport.We were taken directly to our car hire facility,rather than having to take a separate shuttle again.
